I got regular updates about my order so I knew where everything was up to. I ordered a shelf/ coatrack which was great quality of wood and very well made. Just what I wanted.

I am very pleased with the item that I purchased; so much so that I have ordered another one. Good quality and customer service. Would definitely recommend the supplier and products.

I am absolutely delighted with my coat hooks and shelf. The quality is excellent and I love the colour I chose (white). It fits in so well with my decor in my lovely cottage!

The shelf is lovely wood and quality and will be so handy to put bits on or display a nice plant!

Communication throughout was amazing, you get emails detailing the manufacturing process and on arrival Dom texted me to check everything was as it should be.

We ordered a small corner wall shelf and are delighted with it. Just what we were expecting. I was impressed that the company followed up after delivery to see if we were happy - yes, a satisfied customer!

Exactly what I wanted, easy to order and arrived in good time. It’s a really solid piece of kit and matches perfectly with my hall mirror.

Ordered coat hooks on January 14th, with 2-3 week delivery and not turned up yet. (Feb 24th EOD)

I understand things can be delayed, but there is absolutely no customer service. Emailed with no response, called but get hung up on by the automated system.

I then got a text from Dom saying am I enjoying my order. I replied to say I've not got it yet and received nothing.

Impossible to get hold of anyone to actually solve this.

Great service all round. Easy to order online. The pictures are very accurate for the products. I think the quality of the product is very good and therefore well worth the slight wait given it’s made to order! I am sure I will be purchasing more products in the future! Thanks.

Have ordered an oak mantel shelf through B&Q. It should have arrived a week ago and despite being advised it has been despatched, there is no sign of it. Have made 3 calls to B&Q and now just want a refund but even this is proving difficult. What a joke!

We absolutely love our coffee table! Felt the website was easy enough to use. We received regular updates on the status of our delivery and then even got a follow up email from the owner of the company to make sure we were happy with it! Lovely coat rack, very well-made, and has been much admired. I appreciate that it's a small business and everything is made to order, but it might help if Off the Grain indicated that there might be delays in production and delivery. I had to chase them, but their response was quick and the item then arrived. I also received personal follow-up to make sure everything was OK. Overall, happy with the experience; would use the company again.

Very happy with our lovely oak coat rack with shelf. The company kept us updated about when it was being made and despatched, the quality is excellent and it looks very good in our newly painted hallway! We are not the world's greatest DIYers but managed to put it up without too much difficulty. Would definitely recommend.
