Great TV stand and cabinet, thanks for all the help with the custom design. Fits beautifully in my front room, I would recommend Liam to anyone wanting high quality furniture!

There seems to be a running theme here with this business as of late! which given their social media presence at first seemed surprising. And unfortunately i am another! I ordered an item back in March and after endless delay, unfulfilled promises and now lastly, not being responded to - i have reluctantly had to take this up with my credit card company to dispute the transaction - something in my 41 years of life ive never had to do! This piece was for my salon renovations and this has been so upsetting stressful and ruined my re-launch! Perhaps if i was a social media influencer with a grey crushed velvet home my order would arrived.

Can you believe it. 3 months after forced to cancel due to non delivery, I have not been refunded the purchase price for the radiator cover. It was £60. I would not trust this business with a penny.

Please do not use this company they finally collected the item that was wrong and they still haven’t refunded us, poor service full of excuses, go elsewhere.

I ordered on 23/02 with an estimated delivery stated as 2-4 weeks, after 6 weeks I emailed for an update and got a reply a week later from Liam saying the furniture was finished and they were waiting for a courier to deliver. I then emailed weekly for the next 4 weeks saying I am prepared to wait for delivery but require proof of the finished furniture via photos but only got 2 replies from Natalie and no further information and still blaming the courier. As I had paid by credit card, I successfully contacted my bank on 05/05 for a refund. Terrible customer service and a very poor customer experience.

We have had a very similar experience as Alan in one of previous reviews and totally agree with his comment re
shocking after sales service of this Company. We ordered our bespoke radiator cover in Oct 25 requesting and paying for a custom colour. This arrived within the time promised, however, we found that the dimensions of the cover were not correct and you can still see the top of the radiator through the air vent strip at top (which defeats the object of having a cover in the first place) We were also unhappy with the colour match and sent photos showing the issues. We tried numerous times to contact Liam to try to resolve the situation via the messaging system to no avail and finally resorted to messaging via Facebook. Here we managed to get a response from Amy who after a few exchanges agreed that Liam would refund the custom colour charge. we are still, 6 months later awaiting receipt of this !
The only reason we have given 1 star is that the actual quality of the cover is in fact very good.
every other aspect of dealing with this company has been frustrating and very disappointing.
my advice to anyone thinking of buying anything from AUUNIQUE Ltd would be save yourself the hassle, do not buy from them !

This company will take your money and run. I'd ordered a radiator cover in January, a few weeks later I then got an email that my order would be delayed, I had a back and forth with "Amy" over the following couple of months via email requesting delivery updates to then be ghosted and nothing to arrive. There are no telephone numbers for this company anywhere. This company is a scam, do not take heed of their social posts and fake 5* reviews.

Great service, fantastic quality!
As we found out there is no such thing as a standard radiator cover, the off the shelf ones were a compromise or just wouldn't fit.
The solution was bespoke covers,we got our first one 3 years ago and it looks as good now as it was then and we were so impressed we got 3 more. They finish off a room! if I ever need any more or had to recommend any company Auunique would be the one.
They also have offers keep an eye out!

Ignore the fake five star reviews. This company is listed as an advertising agency on Companies House. They're masquerading as a furniture company, taking as much money for orders as possible, responding to non-deliveries with promises of confirming delivery dates as soon as they can, then never confirming anything. When you ask for a refund, they stop responding and keep your money. As soon as they've made enough, the company will delist and disappear.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. You will lose your money and not get your items. I have reported them to reportfraud.police.uk and I suggest you to as well if you've requested a refund and heard nothing. Action a charge back on your credit card/bank too in order to recover your money.

I ordered a radiator cover. The team were really helpful answering about some specifics I wanted and quoting a price. It was delivered quickly and easily. It looks really great, has transformed the room and well worth the price.

Good product (motorised TV stand) but non-existent after care and all forms of communication (phone calls, emails, DMs and WhatsApps) completely ignored…

Amazing company !!!
I had a bespoke counter/ desk built for my bridal shop and I could not fault them.
Communication was great, they came out and we discussed the design and within 24 hours they gave me a quote, delivery was smooth and on time and the finished product exceeded my expectations. It was sprayed in a bespoke colour and the finish is excellent. I would highly recommend them if you are wanting a great quality product and also at a great price.

I was a repeat customer and I placed my order on the 4th January, over two months later, after being told a week before by Amy I could expect my item in about a week but she would confirm with the courier I received an order cancellation email with no explanation. After days of chasing, and deleting my comment from their recent instagram post at the time, I finally received a response on the 12th March. Amy assured the turnaround for the cabinet would be two weeks if I was still happy to wait which I was given the length of time I’d already waited. Yet again I have been chasing as I’m now not receiving a response. I won’t even waste my time trying to get my refund from them because it will probably take another 5 months, sadly I’ve had to raise a chargeback with my card company today.

I advise you all to take your custom elsewhere because they clearly don’t need any more custom to treat customers with this service and I hope no one else goes through the months of time wasting that I have, they are nothing but a scam of a company.

i have been waiting 9 weeks for a TV unit, Liam replies with apologies for the delay but no actual delivery date confirmed, i feel so frustrated at this scam. I suppose now i have to try to get my £600 back.

This company has zero Customer Service and I would’ve given it zero stars had that have been an option. No wonder they do not have a working telephone number.

After multiple attempts, my furniture arrived incorrect and damaged.
I stated I wanted a refund and we mutually agreed on a 2 1/2 week window in which they could come and collect the furniture. A week before the agreed deadline they stopped returning my emails and I’ve been unable to communicate with them since.
I have now had to raise a refund dispute with my bank. As well as sending them a final demand via email and recorded post to which they have responded to neither.
I am now left with bulky furniture in my home still wrapped in packaging. This is highly frustrating and distressing.

Correct size, style ,delivered on time. But not presented or finished well, badly spray painted , item,grooves, packaging full of sawdust, oak top poorly sanded. Customer services replied politely and quickly but my problem was not solved and they did not do what they said they would.

This week I received a large radiator cover. Speedy production (1 week) and fast delivery (another week) - just 2 weeks overall. The unit is absolutely beautiful - heavy☺️ The delivery man very helpful and friendly. Currently available discounts are second to none. We ordered a radiator cabinet on 1st Setember 2025. It arrived in October as expected. It was the wrong colour and they sent the wrong fixing brackets We emailed to advise them as no telephone numbers. They asked if we were prepared to keep it if they offered compensation of £60. We accepted that and they said they would process. We have been chasing them ever since but they do not respond. Absolutely shocking after sales service. Would not recommend to anyone, despite the cabinet being of good quality
