Honestly this company is amazing, nothing is to much trouble - really appreciate all the help from Amy to get my measurements correct - I am not DIY at all and i was so worried about getting it wrong i know they are bespoke made. I ordered two of the florence style colours in white and they are stunning and fit like a glove! I will be ordering more when i have saved up they are so worth the cost you dont find items like this in b&m trust me.

Delivery took around 3 weeks which was expected and the driver put them in the living room for me, friendly and professional.

Absolute scam of a company. Do not order from these people. Ordered a radiator cover in November got a email to say it was going to be delivered in December but it never arrived. Tried to contact them via email, Facebook, WhatsApp but no response. Then I read all of the other reviews and realised I had been scammed. I ended up leaving comments on their Facebook and Instagram posts just to try and get some kind of response. They deleted my comments on Facebook and blocked me but I did get a response on Instagram stating that the delivery driver had a photograph of delivery which she would email me the next day. The next comment she said it was probably still on the delivery van and would be delivered - just more lies. The email the next day never arrived just more lies and I ended up getting a refund from the bank. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Received my beautiful bespoke radiator covers within the time frame given, Liams work is incredible and something I’ve never seen sold before! The customer service I received from Ruth & Amy was extremely helpful keeping me in the loop of delivery dates & times.

We bought a beautiful salon reception desk at a great price. Communication is best via instagram. We had an issue with the led lighting and they sent another out the next day. My daughter is very happy with how it looks. Thank you.

Received our Florence TV cabinet just before Christmas and it’s very sturdy and high quality, we did have some rad covers from Liam a couple of years back so he is our first point of call for anything bespoke.

Happy with the radiator cover I received was delivered within 2 weeks, no negatives would use again

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I have received regarding my order.
I spent a significant amount of money and was assured that existing defects and wiring issues would be resolved. It has now been over three months, and I have received no updates, follow-up, or meaningful communication from the company.
After this experience, I noticed that several other customers have left similar negative reviews describing the same issues. Unfortunately, I wish I had seen those reviews before making my purchase.
The complete lack of follow-up and accountability is unacceptable. Customers should not have to chase a company for months to receive updates on unresolved problems. I am still waiting for a clear status update and a proper resolution. I will not purchase from this company again and would strongly caution others to consider these ongoing issues with this company before doing so.

We chose a bespoke TV unit from AUUNIQUE based on an existing design. Communications were excellent in understanding our requirements. Something got lost in translation so we had a slight issue when delivered, but this was quickly and professionally resolved and delivered again the following week. Lovely piece of furniture and exactly what we were looking for, wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again.

Recently received my 2nd order from Auunique and it’s top quality as per. There aren’t many companies like this and we came across them last summer and we have had no issues communication is top notch and both orders arrived within the time provided. Looking at some previous reviews seems as though there’s a pattern happening and as a repeat customer I do not believe they are truthful, which is sad for this small business. Jon & Irene

Excellent quality radiator cover. I have just added one of their new designs to my bedroom and I’m obsessed with it. High quality, great communication and delivery was easy. Very happy overall, I’ve had many pieces from this company, and have always been very pleased with the overall service. Yes I would happily recommend.

We paid a significant amount through their website in November and, like many other customers, never received our order.

Despite multiple attempts to contact them via email, Instagram, and WhatsApp, we received little to no response. On the few occasions they did reply, messages from “Amy” claimed that “Liam” would call, which never happened. Negative comments on their social media pages are deleted, creating a misleading impression of positive feedback.

After further research into their Companies House registration and business details, I believe this company is not legitimate. I have since recovered my money through my bank and reported the company to Trading Standards to help prevent others from experiencing the same issue.

If I could leave 0 stars I would DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IM CALLING MY BANK NOW TO GET A FULL REFUND. Waste of time and money. Google should remove them off search SCAMMERS

Worst experience

We ordered a radiator cover and were told it would arrive before Christmas. Full payment was taken and we have had no communication since. We tried numerous emails, contact via website, contact via Instagram, contact via what’s app and have now resorted to a tracked letter. We feel that we have been scammed although it does appear to be a company listed on companies house. We’ve given up and now want our money back. As we can’t get hold of anyone in the company we are going to our bank. A dreadful experience.
12th January update. The item was delivered but unfortunately the wood finish we ordered for the top is not right. Overall it does the job and we have decided to stain it to the correct colour oursleves rather than trying to contact the company. We have also let the bank that the goods were delivered eventually. My recommendation to the company is just be honest about delivery dates as we really would have understood this.

I placed an order for a bespoke media unit with separate floating shelves back in June. After repeated chasing, I finally received half of the order at the end of August. The remainder was never delivered, despite us rearranging our schedules twice to be home for promised delivery dates.

By November, I gave up and requested a £280 refund. Since then, Liam and Amy have completely disappeared, ignoring emails, website contact forms and phone calls.

Here’s some basic business advice: stop posting on social media and sending out discount codes if you can’t even manage your inbox or complete existing orders.

They now trade under RULIA LTD (since September 2025) – something potential customers should be aware of.
This company has cost us time, money, and a lot of frustration. Do yourself a favour and steer clear!
