Rejuvacare operates like a scam site. Yes the shoulder massager works well. I was aware of all the complaints about the company continually monthly billing for unauthorized charges but thought that I could avoid this fraud by being careful not to check any "membership" fees or boxes. Well, not so much. I checked out with my purchase for one single item, nothing else on my checkout / purchase page. Yet They still proceeded to charge me monthly. $42.99 per month and then $49.99 per month. Finally got through to them and they only credited back half of the fraudulent charges. Now I have to go through a charge back procedure on my cc. Not worth it. Fraudulent use of my cc for months.

I am a UK customer who purchased a physical shoulder care product from this US-based business on 26 March. However, the product failed completely right after the 90-day guarantee period.Worse yet, I recently discovered that this business automatically enrolled me into an ongoing, hidden monthly subscription of £33 without my explicit knowledge, consent, or agreement at the time of purchase. They have since taken 6 unauthorized monthly payments from my credit card.The company uses highly deceptive practices to trap international consumers. They have intentionally engineered their online customer portal so that no account creation or password recovery option exists for my order email. This completely blocks my ability to log in and cancel this unauthorized billing myself.

A quick response and a quick correction to an order. Sebastian promised and delivered an immediate fix. One cannot ask for more. Thank you Sebastian!

Be very careful if you buy something from this company. I would give them zero stars if I could. I ordered and received a shoulder device, which was "ok". Then I found that they started charging me a "subscription fee" that was not on my order, confirmation, or on their website. When I called, they said it was a fee to allow me to buy future products at a discount. I was not offered this and did not purchase it. I told them I wanted the 5 monthly charges refunded. They started offering to refund 2, then 3, then finally their "final" offer of 4 months, but not all 5. I have disputed the 5th charge to my credit card company.
This company is just a scam to charge you monthly a subscription fee in hopes that it's small enough to be overlooked, and then hope that you will agree to their 50% offer of refund.

I bought a Rejuvacare accessory on Nobember 13, 2025.
I was debited the same day $ 49.99. Il was justified.
The problem : since that date I have ben debited :

- November 30, 2025 for $ 47.95
- December 28, 2025 for $47.95
- January 25, 2026 for $ 47.95
- February 22, 2026 for $ 47.95
- March 22, 2026 for $ 47.95
- April 19, 2026 for $ 47.95
- May 17, 2026 for $47.95
- June 14, 2026 for $47.95

Total damage = $47.95 x 8 = $383.60
After complaint Rejuvacare refund me 3 x $47,95 = $143.85
AMOUNT THIEVED BY REJUVACARE 5 x $47,95 = $239.75

I explained to Shirwen that my son died and that I need the refund to help pay for the funeral expenses. I am absolutely broken hearted, and never had such pain in my life. He understands the situation, and as I never opened the item, he said that I could just take it to the post office and they would send it back for a full refund.

When I ordered my Rejuvacare belt I had made a mistake in the order. I contacted the company. I got a response from Maria who exceptionally helpful and caring. She immediately handled and resolved my situation to my complete satisfaction.

I am most impressed with RejuvaCare because of their Customer Service to me as a brand new customer.

The item I attempted to order twice by entering payment information did not show online that the order was complete,
However, in response to a typed message to Rejuvecare, Maria of Custmer Servce wrote back within the hour. She had seen the 2 failed attempts to pay in the online system, corrected that, and assured me my order had been received and processed, and that my product would ship soon.

That made my day!!

Had a question about a charge. Sent an email to Rejuvacare and Daniela responded quickly and gave me a credit. Was impressed with how quick the response was and problem resolved. Would recommend them with 5 stars. Much better than other companies I have worked with.

I knew after reading the information about a device to help even occasional cases of swollen ankles, that it would be worth a try. One such cuff was what I was sure I had ordered, so when I saw the screen as an orderfor 2, I took advantage of the info "help" screen and was amazed at how quickly there was a response AND correction to the order for 1 which I thought I had put in.
