Omar made my experience great! Upon the arrival of my two Three in One Massagers it appeared I rec'd two left foot units since I could not fit one unit on the outside of my ankle as I did on the other ankle. I contact Rejuvacare and heard from Omar very next day. He addressed my issue with a request of a photograph of my mismatch. I was pleased to do. Shortly thereafter he replied with a video that instructed me in the proper fit. During the email exchanges, Omar projected a genuine concern for my satisfaction with a sincere caring tone. This was evident all the more by his follow up offering continuing support to see I got the benefit of the massager that I have.

I appreciate the help Omar Medina gave me to find an account that was charging 49.00 a month on my Visa I had no idea what it was for or who started the account I was not receiving texts notifications about payments or merchandise sent I had tried calling but all I got was an AI response So I tried email and after some emails Omar started to check into this issue and finally got this resolved Thank you Cheryl Cottam

I’m not sure what happened to the shipped product, either it was my fault or business fault but when i called in Johnny in customer service handled it all in the most pleasant manner , best customer service i have ever recieved.

My experience was great in the ordering of the product to tracking the package. I had made a significant mistake on the address for delivery. When I tracked the package, I found that my mistake was where the package was to be delivered. There was no such address. I quickly sent a note to correct the address, not knowing whether it would be received. However, Daniela in Customer Support responded that she corrected the address on the replacement shipment that she put together and sent at no extra cost. That is Customer Support!! It gives me the confidence that the product will be as effective and of the same quality as the customer staff!!

Rejuvacare is a scam, It is an online marketing company, not a health care provider. The 90 day 100% return policy is designed so that can keep much of the unwary customers money. Avoid like the plague.

When I called about a refund on the Company's product I figured on a roller coaster ride trying to get this transaction accomplished. Now I talked to Maria and was totally supprised how helpful she was. She gave me all the info. I needed to get the paperwork handled and
she made sure my refund was in process of being forwarded to me. Greatest support staff ever!

The product was not what was promised. It took several emails and conversations to get my full refund. Finally, I did get that refund. Why make it so difficult? Better question: why make such a poorly crafted back massage device? And why promise relief that doesn’t come? So very disappointing. Won’t ever buy anything else from your company.

I bought the back massager and I used it 1-2 times each day. It helped with my low back pain. In addition, the company stands behind its product, as when I had an issue, they responded quickly and fairly.

Watched the first pitch for the shoulder wrap. Thought it was good so I
Ordered it. THEN along came a doctor telling me that I really needed the nano additional piece . It was long and I thought a pitch for spending more money. Why not combine both things at the beginning and give a price for both?
I felt I was mislead! So I didnt want anything at all to do with yout product. Felt you couldn’t be trusted. Your marketing has a basic flaw, otherwise I probably would have purchased both up front. Felt I was being cheated somehow.
If the original shoulder cuff wasn’t very useful why not combine them ? I felt fooled. Carole Hess
