Needed some info on the effectiveness of the red light therapy through clothing. Weinard was very fast and extremely helpful. Tried the belt twice yesterday and seemed to get some relief. Will try again for awhile and see how it works.

After placing an order then deciding to "update" the order, a problem was encountered in the billing amount. It unfortunately triggered a warning from my bank. Mike originally was helping me via email but since it was past his working hours, he turned over the case to Daniela. She helped me by cancelling the original order so I could place a new order the next morning with a direct call to Customer Service. I appreciate both Daniela's and Mike's kind patience and assistance. I look forward to using the Foot Renew with Red Light Therapy. So far Rejuvacare's customer service is very considerate.

I ordered a back brace that had a heating/vibrating unit in it. Even though I charged it with the cord provided, and the lights came on it did not heat up nor did it vibrate.. I contacted Support right away to request a return. Sherwin was very helpful. Everything went smoothly. Daniella helped with my initial inquiry.I’ll let you know if I don’t receive the refund..

Ordered 2 lumber wraps, immediately called, less than 5 minutes and wanted to change to only one. Was told I could not. They were already shipped. Impossible! Received the 2 a week 1/2 later. Called to return one, said I couldn’t because I had to try for 30 days. It didn’t matter that I had received 2. I am currently consulting with atty for predatory marketing to desperate consumers

After a mistake was made while listening to their product video my account was charged but as soon as I informed them of it, they helped me get in touch with customer service and not only did they returned my money but since the products had already started the shipment process, they let me have them free of charge.
I have now used them for about a week and do see less swelling of my ankles and feet. It also feels nice. The only issues are that it doesn’t retain battery charge for more than 3-4 uses. But I am glad that it helps to bring down the swelling a bit. Hope next improvement of their product is longer lasting rechargeable batteries. But I love the product none the less. Thank you for such a great gift and for crediting my money back early the next day.

Honestly, I was looking forward to receiving my rejuvaKnee device and putting them to use immediately to hopefully resolve or assist me in my water retention medical issue. I would also like to comment on my initial order process where the purchaser is forced to go through 2 other sales adventures lasting several minutes on my phone order asking me to buy additional stuff that I did not need, to try this product. That was very frustrating! Then after that process, I wasn't sure my order was completed until I received my confirmation and then the several weeks delay on shipment being held up from overseas just put the nail in the coffin for my as it all looked like a "scam" at this point and I decided to cancel the order as it just wasn't meant to be!!! Sherwin in CS has been great in responding to me and handling my cancellation and credit charge refund and I will advise once it appears on my card.

Somehow, my card company asked me if this was legit. The dollar amount, over $300, was not familiar to me. After getting in touch quickly to the vendor, a customer service person named Daniela got in touch. She immediately got it straightened out. Thanks, Daniela.
