From Outrageous to Outstanding
I thought I had purchased a new product for a major discount because it was yet to come on the retail market. When I finally received the invoice, I saw that I was charged the full retail price. I emailed customer service and was told that I could get a refund of 25% but that still shy of $172 difference between the discount price and the retail price. I declined and then I received an email saying that they would cancel my order and give me the full refund.

I was panicked when I found out the…
I was panicked when I found out the shipping ready email which I didnt order. And immediately called while emaled to support team but it looks spam and no response . But suddenly someone called back and I told him I didnt order that item he said I need to wait until morning . And I just emailed to support team about this situation to make sure I tried to cancel that item. And early in the morning , I found out they already shipped items. Oh my, I tried to call that person but it blocked several times. But I tried several times and after 9 someone else got it. And explained it and she tried to help me and finally saying it refunded and no need to return it. And after a while the support team reached out to me , she ( Daniela ) responded with nice manner . She made relief with future concern about another problem occurring ( unexpected ordering or continuing another extracting money ) , making sure my subscription was cancelled and sending out the receipt. And showing best manner to help me other problem. And I said I want to return the original pack but it looks so hard to return it. And she offered to refund me 25 % of original order and I can keep it. But I suggest 30% . She immediately refunded it.
Its better than nothing for me. I gave up for returning it. So.. finally I got relieved from yesterday night 's nightmare. ^^ Thanks all your help and service I got.

Great timely stress free service.
After being disappointed with a charging issue on the unit after experiencing support and pain relief for 3 months, Omar and Bernadeth have quickly corresponded and agreed to provide me a free delivery replacement at no cost to me. They then took subscription money 49 USD from my card without my permission. I reported to my banks fraud division. Do not let them save your card details.
