Osman has been great! There has been open communication which I appreciated .
I did have an issue with the product I received but we worked together to resolve .
Working with the staff has been a joint effort which I appreciated.
I can say the customer service was excellent!

I purchased Rejuvacare Foot Renew 07/09/26. No where in the long video, did they mention it could not be used by people with a pacemaker. I found this out when I received the product and read the instructions. They have supposedly agreed to a refund, but I must pay shipping and possible restocking fee. They failed to be transparent in their marketing, and the cost burden of shipping should fall on them. Customer service is poor and eager to get customer off the line. Asked for supervisor and was told I would get a return call by close of business Monday. They prey on seniors in pain. Shame on the doctor who promotes the product, and "guarantees" quality customer service.

They kept me updated throughout the whole shipping process and the delivery was very quick and on time.

When I first called I didn't get the issue resolved. Then after 3 days someone responded with an apology and telling me that my cancelation was within the 3hour window and a refund was credited back to my credit card. Plus they said I could keep their mistake of the 2.0 product.

I for some reason could not print a receipt. Daniela kindly made sure she got one to me.

Alejandro Sandoval from Rejuvacare customer service truly stands out as an exceptionally helpful team member. He was professional, helpful, and went the extra mile to assist me, even offering a replacement for me if I needed it! Fortunately I found my package, it was delivered after 9:30 pm which is why I initially didn't find it. I'd also like to give a shout out to Loi, Belle, and Rolanda - all exceptional customer service reps. Rejuvacare is very lucky to have them!

The offer began simple enough. I see ad, I watch ad, I select to purchase product. Then... it showed another ad after I put my payment info through. With a warning, "do not close out or you may be double billed". So I didn't. It was an ad to upgrade to their newer model. Which was more than twice as expensive, but my mom was worth it. So I selected to upgrade. Then I get a notification to the like of "you've already purchased a product, cannot have this upgrade". Ok fine whatever. Then I look on my card account...1x bill for regular, 3 times billed for upgraded version!! I get a fraud alert from my card company immediately, not just for the transaction but for the company. I have to state that I willingly made the first purchase. Then I find all the horror stories on the BBB site. So I immediately try to cancel my purchase as, of this time over an hour into the ordeal I still haven't received my confirm email of purchase. Hours later do I get that, next day does someone from the company email me about my wanting to cancel my order. Telling me if I cancel I have to pay a restocking fee. But if I keep it, they'll give me 25% off. Begrudgingly I accept the discount. Then they ask me to review them. Took 3 days for the discount to appear.4 emails & 3 representatives later. Now ... here's my review. I dont know if I'll even get my actual item, there's no guarentee about that. I should've played smarter not cheaper and bought the one from the same company they sell on Amazon since I know Amazon backs their sales. But, I didn't. Like every other human I did the "look and buy" because I wanted to do something nice for my mom and on a budget. Well, I may have to cancel my card , I may have to spend months fighting it out with the BBB for a refund of a product I never receive, or they may send it like they said. I don't know. But, they did follow through on the discount, so for that they get their 2 stars. ***update*** a day after I posted my review, for the first time in the 2 decade history of using my credit card to purchase anything, I got fraud charges on my account. Twice. Thank goodness for a great credit card company, but should've gone with my first instinct about buying this product... lesson really learned now! 1 star!

The folks at Rejuvacare listened well and understood my issue, so they were excellent as finishing the end quickly. I am satisfied with the decisions made, wish and hope I was the only one who had a change of mind. I was fully refunded and a big hands to the Customer Service folks.

Hadn't received my order. Did not have my order number or just the bank debit. Carlos was very courteous and eager to assist. He responded and requested my full contact information. During this process the product arrived and Carlos noted it had been delivered. It was easy to contact customer service and the support was great.

I sent a message to Daniela with Rejuva-care and I received a prompt response (within 15 minutes!) most companies you will wait 24 hours at least, Thank you Daniela for the quick response.

Quick response. Good quality product just won't work for me. Friendly company.

I wish to document and share my experience with their customer support team. My order was promptly processed but had two issues/ error in the billing. I reached out to them to seek correction and this CS team answered the email within mear hours and the issues were corrected in a couple of days ( banks take longer to respond apparently). The product (foot treatment bootie) is of good quality and appears to work as advertised ( at least I've noticed a distinctive improvement in how my feet feel and a markedly lower amount of swelling.

Thank you for a fine level of support service and to those responsible for product development and quality!

The product just doesn't work I could go to the store and stick a stick around me and does the same thing. Nothing I asked for a refund I never received it

Chris did a great job. She truly wanted to help and she did. Rejuvacare was great to work with.

So far so good. All seems fine. I ordered this product for my sister who has very swollen legs but when I received it, she had already ordered the same product from you. I called and tested and was told how to return it and I did. It was never opened. I am hoping to see the credit on my credit card I used. I also paid $15.00 post office to return it. Thank you. I have to do a shout out to the customer service rep, Roberth. I was well taken care of trying to refund one of the products. So their customer service is outstanding. Kudos to them for taking care of my issue very quickly. Thank you again.

I tried to cancel within the 3 hour window - they said it was already shipped. To return is also a hassle- they make you jump through hoops then tell you there’s a 20.00 restocking fee. All around POS company and customer service. Lesson learned - nothing advertised on instagram is worth purchasing - save your money.

Cris was very helpful with my question and providing support. She was very professional and courteous. I enjoyed dealing with her for this transaction.
