I’m going to start out by explaining why I deducted 1 star, because that will be followed by a lot of praise.
As others have stated,I would’ve appreciated more
explanation on the shipping delays,and addressing it.
Also,there were two little knicks(only)in the paint,and a couple rub marks on the matte finish.Having said that,the packing is very good,as those were the only flaws.
Only other complaint is the weight of this e-bike…would carbon frame help…perhaps?
Ok…let’s get to the praise.
The bike is solid/sturdy and well made.
The design and parts quality make me very happy.
Despite the weight,the bike has great power,and pick-up.
Although I am still waiting on the fenders…This bike,as a kit (as I ordered all the accessories) is amazing!
There is no other product out there that gives all the “goodies”…aka the smart helmet,carbon fiber stand,
dashboard/cockpit with all the info given legibly.
As a car enthusiast,I own a Mercedes Benz CL65 AMG 12 cylinder coupe in Black.
The Rallye e-bike looks amazing sitting right next to my vehicle!

I had a very bad experience with the company due to their constantly changing delivery times; they can never manage to deliver on time, which puts customers in a situation where they cannot take their bikes. If I had known this beforehand, I would never have purchased a bike from them. It has been extremely frustrating. Initially, they told me that I would receive my bike in the 2nd week of September, but then it was pushed back to the 3rd week of October.

I returned my bike under their policy. I like the quality but it was too top-heavy for me. I returned it over a month ago and cannot get a refund. I have emailed weekly and the response is they are "checking on it". I have never had this experience with any other company and worry that they have money issues????

Without a correct reply. And no updates after paid full payment .
No tracking , no order images or details update .

The experience was fantastic Delisa and Magda have been a blessing to deal with and the e bike is beyond my expectations couldn’t want any other bike. I’d definitely be buying more merchandise

I'm disappointed with this company! They already owe me a water bill and another battery for 3 months! They only give me information about priority boarding!!! And a lack of respect for the customer, who paid in cash and nothing!

I needed a replacement wheel for the V13 road bike I purchased from N+ early in 2024. Have been working with Magda on this and she has been very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I am hoping the wheel ships out soon so I can get back to riding my favorite bike!

Sophie has been great to deal with at n+ . She helped me make some important changes to my order that will enhance my riding pleasure!!

I live in South Florida and have ordered my bike on August first and just received it at home today 8/12 as expected.
The support team was very responsive to my emails clarifying all of my questions and the bike is already assembled and delivered as described.

If I could rate as no stars I would. DO NOT BUY ONE OF THESE BIKES
Customer service is terrible, took ages for the bike to arrive, but no accessories. Cannot get an answer on the accessories, just an automated email that states they’ll be shipped separately. It looks good but rides terribly. The bike isn’t suitable for anyone 1.8M tall or above, the seat goes down while riding, in 30 minutes I had to put it back up twice. It’s also very difficult to adjust the seat position. The power to weight ratio is terrible, the bike is way too heavy. Started a 7k ride with 100% battery, finished with 80%

Awful company. Awful service. Faulty defective product sold. I bought a Mercedes F1 e-bike. Unable to charge the bike since day one. Took 4 days for someone to call me back. Then a very rude person in service named Bryan sends me a rude and unprofessional email because I submitted a complaint about their shoddy product. Do not buy from them and do not buy this “shiny” bike that is awful quality. Rip off!!!!! The response is ridiculous. I never used the bike because it never worked. You so bad and is organized that you cannot even keep your complaints straight.

Leaving messages with no call back is not a good thing for a company asking for reviews. You need to work on your customer service because it’s HORRIBLE

The McLaren bike arrived many months late and was damaged when it arrived. It took months to get my money back.

As for the bike itself, it was not great. I do not recommend this company or their products. The customer service is horrendous and the products are not what they are hyped to be.

Hello, I was recently informed that the bike would be shipped within 14 days. That's why I'm giving it 5 stars because so far everything is as I was previously informed.
I hope I will receive my dream bike soon

Never buy again n+ bike, terrible experience with customer service, there is no support from them, they deliver the bike damaged and they never answer the phone or emails, I have to get involved my bank in order for them to respond to my concern.

My work with n+BIKES for my McLaren eBIKE was great - Sophie followed up via email and calls and everything was perfect - everyone can learn from n+

Magda and Randy were nothing but exceptionally great with their service. Emails kept going back and forth in a timely manner with a lot of useful information..

It really took a long time between my first consultation and the answer, then it was expedited even though my need could not be resolved positively.

I have a three-year-old N+Pulse silver arrow. It has been nothing but disappointing. At this point it only has 1000 miles on it and is a paper weight because it is unusable. It has never been damaged by me. It is just terrible engine engineering, and worse service. If you were in the United States, you will have no support whatsoever, except waiting for overseas support to respond which takes days and days. Even the most simple request seems to be Herculean for this support team. I have had problems with error, codes, with batteries, with the front axle, with the back axle, with the transmission shifter. Both the engineering of the bike and the support of the organization is probably the worst I have ever experienced. Do not waste your money and your frustration on this product.
