Don’t buy this bike, they definitely don’t stand by the Mercedes standards. I’m already on my second bike and my motor broke in less than two years. They’re lovely to deal with but really don’t do shit for you

It’s hard to give a complete rating at the moment. I seem to deal with a different customer service representative each time I send an email. I keep getting told I will receive updates on my order but they are coming less and less. Ordered my bike end of April and we are at 69 days. Hope to get good news soon.

An honest review of my experience with N+Bikes
I ordered a Mercedes Benz E-bike. I questioned whether they came with kick Stands and were they subject to retaliatory tariffs. They quoted delivery within ninety days after taking my money. This is a very long delivery time.
As they were not able to deliver within my time frame or answer my questions, I requested the order be cancelled.
I received a reply from Bryan, manager, customer support, advising me that my money ($6506.08) would be refunded to my original payment method within 14 business days.
After 16 business days I had not received my refund, I emailed them to ask the following questions, without prejudice. Had I been lied to by Bryan, Manager, No reply. Did the financial department neglect to action the refund? No reply. Was N+Bikes in financial trouble. No reply. Finally, was it because I am Canadian. No reply. I telephoned them, I had to leave a message and they would reply. No reply. I am still waiting.
I have now had to take this dispute to the financial institution due to the failure of N+Bikes to refund my money withing their timeframe or in a timely manner.
After taking this matter up with my financial institution I did receive a reply. M y questions were not answered, but I was informed that my refund was being actioned.
I emailed the company to inform them of this, I had the courtesy to inform them that I have raised a dispute with my financial institution. I received a reply from Magda. ‘they can process your refund within the next 24 hours. Please note that if a dispute is active we are unable to process a refund!”
The charged my card again!
I informed them again of this.
Magda replied “Refund will reverse or prompt on your statement withing 5 business days.” As per email.
I have finally received my refund some 20 business days later.
I am sharing my experience so that, hopefully no one else has to go through the same experience.

I recently placed an order and due to the waiting time to receive the item I canceled the order, Magda responded to me very quickly and immediately initiated and refund with their Finance team. I was also very pleased that Damian their MD, reached out to me and assured me that the refund would happen quickly, and there is nothing to worry about
I will post an update within the next few days once I have received the refund back into my account
I also contacted Mercedes Benz here in Dubai and they told me they have been working with N+ bikes for long time and their service and support is extremely efficient.

There guys are 100% scammers, they accept payments for bikes that dont exist and when you cancel you simply dont get your money back. You file a dispute they lie that they have accepted but they contest. I have got all the evidences. Please dont order. Order number is MB10140. They have stolen my money

These are simply scammers. Have bought a bike over 3 months ago and once i knew it was gonna take 90 days to complete i tried to cancel. They ofcourse lured me with a nice offer that i accepted, after a couple of delays i have requested a cancellation and it would have been completed within 14 bussines day according to them which has now passed and ofcourse nothing recieved and now they are ghosting me. Order number MB10140. Highly recommend people to not buy ;)
Extremely Disappointed with NPlusBikes
I purchased an item from NPlusBikes over a month ago, and I still haven't received it. Despite multiple emails inquiring about the status of my order, I have received no response. This lack of communication and customer service is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I purchased a bike from nplus and it’s been nothing but issues and problems they said they will refund and have since ghosted I’ve gone through the ACCC it’s just going to take awhile but do not purchase from these guys there scammers. I have emails and receipts to prove.

Run! It’s a Scam!
Run! This is a scam company and I’m surprised Mercedes has let them use their name. Ordered in July for Christmas, delay, delay, delay until supposed May-July, a year later. I canceled and I’m still waiting for my refund and all I am getting is the run around.
Update: 2/24/025 This company is now trying to say they refunded the money to shop pay, but 10 days ago they told me the refund for some reason wasn’t issued. I called shop pay, they assured me no refund was sent or received as the account is in dispute and no payment can be debited or credited until a dispute is closed. I am now requesting that n+ send proof of the refund, of course I haven’t received it.

I ordered the top of the line N+ Mercedes-EQ Formula E Team bike. I assumed it would be of the highest quality. I have not even been able to ride it for 50 miles, and it has broken down twice. I was working with a N+ rep, Elizabeth, in Australia, and now she has "ghosted" me and refuses to respond. I have much documentation from her, others at N+, and the bike mechanic they pointed me to. They KNOW the bike was delivered to me faulty, and yet their final proposed solution was to offer me a trade-in for thousands of dollars more. All I am requesting is for them to fix what I already spent thousands of dollars on! PLEASE, save yourself the trouble, and buy a truly reliable e-bike that you will enjoy. My N+ experience has been absolutely terrible. Is anyone else home??? Elizabeth is obviously not...
