My new car selecting & deliver experience was stress-free
I spoke to a very helpful guy who went through the available options within my price bracket
The car was delivered on time with no issues
And the new car is fantastic :)

Extremely poor
Shambles of a company. If I had the power to do anything I'd strip them of the contract they have with british gas. My van was booked in for service and mot.so I requested a van hire for the day. When get there. Thre was no van. When I contacted them. They said they attempted to deliver the van on monday(bank holiday) obviously the garage was closed. So they just didn't both to attempt to drop it off again the following day. When I contacted them they didn't take any responsibility at all. So as a result of there lack of ability to read a calander. I lost a day work. Bare in mind it took me 30 min to get there as the garage was no where near my home.

Answered call quickly no bot going through a long menu, then putting you on hold for ages. The customer advisor (Samantha) was very courteous, helpful and professional. Dealt with my matter efficiently and instantly very good. Thank you.

Lizzie Long is brilliant!
Highly recommend Novuna, especially the lovely Lizzie Long. It was the first time sourcing a car through our company car scheme & she was brilliant! Really knowledgeable, gave me options & worked with my budget and made the whole things really simple. She was also very patient with all my questions (there were a lot!) thanks Lizzie.
