Novel Wines Anmeldelser

I ordered a wine that's very hard to find, other than direct from Croatia (the previous UK supplier we tried took our money but didn't supply any wine) and was delighted when it turned up the next day! Was kept fully informed via text of the progress of the parcel too. All in all, a great service!

Next day delivery. Its a first time ever for me.
I haven't tried the wine as it has been bought for Christmas,
I will buy again from these guys

Excellent company, very friendly and helpful. Choice of wines is fantastic. Highly recommended.

I was disappointed with the service because the package was delivered to the billing address and not the shipping address. I wanted it delivered elsewhere as it is a Christmas gift. I emailed Novel wines and told them about the error but have not received any response. However, the wine arrived quickly and was well packaged.

Great selection,great prices.

The delivery arrived perfectly on time and intact. The driver was very professional and helpful. Would recommend.
Thank you

I bought my husband a wine and cheese tasting flight via Yuup which we attended yesterday. We just wanted to say how much we enjoyed it. The young man(sorry we forgot your name) was so knowledgeable, he was very attentive and we thoroughly enjoyed chatting to him. We bought a couple of bottles to enjoy at home and if we hadn’t needed to get back home for the dog we would have loved to stay longer, thank you.

Wines were exceptionally expensive. Three full bottles sent for a tasting, not halves as expected . Wine arrived with no information at all (not even an invoice), details as to how to prepare for the tasting, or possible pairings. Link was sent for the meeting, but five minutes before the start time an e mail was sent changing the connection. Half of the group didn’t see it so everything was a delayed. Host seemed nervous as it was her first online tasting, and she found it hard to manage the group. The whole event was over in around 40 minutes.

Lovely, small, intimate venue. Briana is a lovely hostess and the wines we tried were beautiful. Overall a really good outing

Less known wines and producers with some amazing gems among them. A great alternative choice to the run of the mill offers of many online wine shops. All works great with orders and deliveries.

Super helpful, really went above and beyond. And the wines were great!

Tried your wines at a wine tasting and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of wines from parts of the world I would not have tried before.

Your site was easy to use, delivery quick and efficient . We needed Bulgarian wine for a tasting and you did the job. Will investigate using you for everyday wines. Well done you!

Thanks Novel Wines for providing brilliant service. We loved the sparkling red from Wassmann organic and biodynamic wine estate in Hungary and will be purchasing more soon xx

The wine arribed safely - some most interesting wines, one from a country I'd never heard of
Will oder from you again to work my way through your wines

cheers

john
