good experience, fast delivery, lovely wine

I ordered some wines for my mums bday, unfortunately one was out of stock but I received a call from the owner who gave me a few options but we settled on a replacement wine and he threw in an extra for the inconvenience and the wine was delivered the next day! Mums not quite had the chance to drink them all yet but I’m sure they’ll be delicious when she does!

Easy ordering and prompt delivery

Berf was great! And so helpful with logistics about getting the wines to the venue under strained circumstances.

A wonderful group of people, with knowledge and understanding.

Excellent English traditional method sparkling rose from the Costswolds - superb wine!

I've shopped with Novel before, and will certainly do so again.

I can also recommend their 'LA Cetto, Nebiolo' grown in Baja California, Norte, Mexico, on a family winery of Italian heritage!

Great company!

Unique selection of wines at a great price. Really quick delivery. Very satisfied!

Just the wines I was looking for and could not find anywhere else. My wine group enjoyed the different wines and learnt a lot from the opportunity to taste wines from a not the usual suspects country.

Adam gave fantastic customer service on the phone, arrived safe and sound. Will definitely use again

Plenty of choice. Wines from a variety of countries.
Easy to order, kept up to date with delivery and delivered quickly and carefully. Great experience shopping with Novel Wines.
Will use again thank you

Novel Wine's service is quick and efficient, I couldn't ask for more.

This was my 2nd order with Novel Wines. The first was perfect - all as ordered and delivered as scheduled.
A few hiccups with 2nd order.
Made the order in plenty of time for my dad’s birthday to ensure correct products and on-time delivery.
First problem came day before delivery - they had reserved the wrong number of bottles (5 not the requested 6). But Novel arranged a substitute at no extra cost.
The biggest issue was the delivery. Should have been delivered on Friday 12th Dec (dad’s birthday was 14th).
No delivery Friday, nor over weekend, nor on Monday 15th. Eventually arrived Tuesday 16th. Disappointed as completely missed my dads birthday by several days.
Adam was very customer focused, chased order, kept me informed, and additionally arranged a good will gift. Without Adam, this would have been a 2*. So many thanks to him.

Fast service, well packed

Extremely happy with the service and delivery from Novel Wines, unfortunately I am unable to comment on the wine itself as ordered as a gift for my partner, the customer service is exceptional and the whole process was so easy, Would highly recommend to everyone, Thanks again!

I managed to get enough unusual wines from Croatia to create an enjoyable wine tasting for our wine club. I must say a big thank you to Adam for his help.
