I had ordered an Novacare device a few weeks ago but it seemed like the order never went through. After a few weeks I saw an email that said your Novacare was being shipped. I received it several days ago. I got another email that said your Novacare had been shipped and was on the way. I contacted customer service and they said it was most likely a automated email and not to worry. A day ago I got another Novacare device and notified customer service. They did some research and figured it was some type of error on their part and to keep the second device at no charge so I decided to give it to my daughter for her 7 yr old son. Customer service was terrific in this case.

Nova care .
Hi I haven’t had to use it yet which is good news I’ve have a couple of episodes with water going down the wrong way but I no how to get that back up with a breathing technique.
I honestly hope I never have to use it I keep it by my chair just in case .
It looks very easy to use .
It’s like any safety device we never know when it might be needed.
I suffer with Dysphagia and I am 84 yrs old and choking in elderly is very common but it can happen at any age .
I am very pleased with its not too big ..

When I received the NovaCare I…
When I received the NovaCare I initially thought it was defective and contacted the company support group. Chester promptly replied to me and asked that I send him a video detailing how I was assembling the device so he could assess the source of the problem. As it turns out, I was not arming the device correctly and once he told me how to do this the problem was solved. The device now performs as advertised. This company works hard to ensure the quality of its product and the. satisfaction of its customers.

Overall, a very positive event. Shipping time was prolonged, but items were received in good condition. Well worth the wait!
Well, it took longer than I expected to receive the item, but each and everytime I reached out to ask about it, I got a very full and polite reply within an hour assuring me everything was ok. He looked into my order and delivery issues that were happening and immediately corrected the problem. I can’t say enough good things!
I can’t say enough good things about the Novacare group. I received my device, tested it and watched the video on how to use the tube if the person is unconscious. Hopefully I will not need to use it, but I know it’s there if needed. My spouse choked in a restaurant years ago and the gentleman at the table next to us performed the Heimlich maneuver to dislodge the food piece. It was pretty scary and not sure I could have accomplished it. Hence this anti choking device.
It’s guaranteed for life but when I couldn’t find the QR code to activate the warranty on line, I emailed them. Sam promptly replied and completed it for me and sent a nice email back with tips on testing the device etc.
I’m really very impressed with the company and the device. Thank you, Sam!

Test the product & extremely approved. I ordered one on Amazon & return it as it was like using a bathroom plunger. Many years ago I had my own child at his age of 7 chocking on a taco shell & he was panicking, I as a mom I was panicking too.Thank goodness for husband quick response but it took a lot.
Now that I’m a grandmother I ordered NovaCare choking device to have in my home for grandchildren. I never want to be in that situation again but feel relieved to have in this device around. Thank you for making a device that is quick & easy.

Ordered 8/3. Received 8/16. Here are a few things to consider. Tracking hid everything from country of origin until it was delivered to JFK. The packaging was not professionally sealed. The box it came in had no country of origin. Examining the packaging, the box and even the item itself it appears cheap. I venture to say this was manufactured and shipped from China. Prove me wrong.

Ordered on 8/23.. kept getting very sketchy tracking info form this company. Several times stating waiting for customs clearance with no actual tracking to show when the order would arrive. I requested a full refund from the company and they could only offer 50% and maybe wait until the order arrived! I contacted my bank and put in a complaint about not receiving my order and was issued a full refund!
