While scrolling through my phone I saw an add for Nova Care it’s an instrument used when someone is choking. I had seen another device but you had to push down and then pull up for it to work. I didn’t like that device. But when I saw Nova Care it’s immediately showed it to my husband. Something I could have used a couple years ago after having open heart surgery. During the recovery time your breastbone is extremely sore from being split open. Coughing even hurts.
One night I was eating dinner and something went down and caused me to choke. My husband could only Pat my back repeatedly until I finally got it up and out. I could have used the Nova Care device.
Then I thought of my husband’s father, my father in law, and how he passed away. While living in a retirement home he was eating in his room, as many do, and he started choking. No one there to help him. He ended up passing away from choking. If he had the Nova Care he would have lived many more years.
Then I started thinking of all the places this device, NovaCare, could save lives. The police department should have one in each vehicle, every ambulance, every restaurant, every school cafeteria, every daycare, every school bus, every movie theater, every airplane, every business.
If they serve food or anyone eats there then they need the Nova Care to save lives.
It’s so portable you can get it for your home and take it with on vacation, camping trips, hiking, road trips.
It’s so easy to use that grandparents can use it easily to save their grandchildren or themselves. No pushing down and pulling up. Just one easy movement.
Even though I currently don’t own Nova Care I totally believe in this product. Life is so precious and so fragile this device saves lives.

How powerful it was and how easy it was to use

I placed an order with Novacareus, and when it was delivered, the delivery person left the item outdoors in the rain (in the Nor'eastern). I contacted Novacareus immediately to let them know so they could notify the delivery company. Novacareus, immediately got back to me to help resolve the issue, but thank goodness the product was packed so well that the item was okay. I give Novacareus 5 Stars because they care, and that is a company I want to deal with and pass the info on so others will purchase from them also.

Good sales follow up to confirm receipt. Looks like the product should work as advertised although I haven’t yet used it and hope I never have to.

Great customer service. There was a mix up somehow in my address that is similar to another road nearby and my order didn't arrive and the tracking info was confusing. When I contacted Novacare customer service they filled my order again and promptly shipped it out and provided updates on where it was in the process. I received my order today and am really impressed with the quality of the devices. I bought one to keep at my home and another one for my grandson's home.

Sam at NovaCare was so helpful! It was easy to purchase and then go back and purchase two more. My son has a habit of choking because he eats to fast. I have tried the other manual vacs and they just don't work. NovaCare really works easily. A person can even use it on them self if they are alone. Wish I had it a week ago when he was choking for 30 minutes. WONDERFUL PRODUCT!!

The customer service was AMAZING from day one. They got me a replacement when mine was lost in transit. The product itself is wonderful. Thankfully I haven’t needed it yet but the suction is really great and very strong. And once again, I can’t say it enough times, the customer service was the best I’ve experienced in a long time. Sam was very fast at responding and extremely courteous. 10/10 am recommending to my friends and family.

Although the product appears to ship from China, not the US as advertised, the device seems well made and likely to actually work. What stands out is the exceptional customer service. My questions were answered promptly and Chester went out of his way to help me with a special need. It is a rare thing in business today for a company to care so much about a customer.

Great help after my product was delayed somehow during shipping. Support continued with daily follow up.

You Can Trust This Product! It is well made, powerful , and easy to use. Plus the customer service is beyond compare. Super responsive, answers all questions, stands behind their product, and very nice. I research other brands. And even first bought another one that after receiving I have no confidence in… I need a device I can use on myself in case of emergency. I’ve tried this out and it is powerful!

I made an address mistake as to where to send my anti-choking device. I contacted their customer service team and they immediately corrected my mistake. Outstanding service.

I haven’t had to use this device in a real emergency, but after experiencing a few near-choking incidents, I realized how vulnerable we could be if one of us were alone—or unable to help the other. I purchased several, and keep one in each of our homes and cars.

It’s incredibly simple to use: no batteries or plunging—just place the mask and push the button. My husband tested the suction, and it is surprisingly strong. We both feel more prepared knowing we have something that could potentially help in an emergency.

I also want to praise the company’s customer service. They are responsive, helpful, and make an effort to ensure customers receive the legitimate product rather than a knockoff from an unauthorized seller.

Hopefully we’ll never need to use it, but having it nearby provides peace of mind when every second counts.

After rushing through the order process, I neglected to add the 30% discount code and contact them immediately. They responded within 24hrs with a clear explanation that I actually selected a package deal which ends up to be a better deal! I’m very happy the way they handled my concerns. Great job

So I bought a NovaCare device for my wife and me, to protect us from a possible choking incident. I wanted to see and feel the quality, because if it is of good quality, I'd like to get one for each of our two adult children. As hoped, the quality is excellent! So I decided to order the two pack of devices, to get the 30% off one device deal. Unfortunately, there was no shipping option for buying two devices and shipping one each to two different addresses. So I contacted customer service with my issue, and Sam responded the next day. Sam understood the shipping issue and was able to get the order set up, to go to both addresses, while keeping the discout in tact! He even added free shipping because of the inconvenience. This is a quality product, and the customer service has been excellent! Thanks for all your help sam!Sam!
