We ordered 2 NovoCare Anti Choking devices on August 25, 2026 and we received them on time, within a week.
Once we read the instructions it became clear that it is a user friendly device, which is critical for a life saving action when it is easy to panic.
The purchase of the device is well worth the investment even if we NEVER use it; I sure hope we never use it.
I saved the life of 2 close friends when I applied the Heimlich Maneuver to them. It was a great feeling of being able to help in time of need. When urgency is needed we are surprised at how much a few seconds (yes, seconds not minutes) become valuable. I will gladly share NovoCare’s Anti Choking device benefits with our family (we have 3 children and 8 grandchildren). We bought 4 devices and one device is in our dining room and a second is in our car.
When I contacted NovoCare’s US customer service team to address an issue with our order, I used the telephone to contact them but my advice is to send the team an e-mail to get a faster response. My interaction with the customer service team left me impressed by its honesty, wise rationale, and experienced leadership. The issue was resolved in no time and it built trust between us and achieved our interest in supporting small businesses.

Took awhile to get it here, but it was worth the wait. Customer service kept in touch with me , apologizing for the delays, and sent another one to me. I received the original order , and they insisted that I keep the replacement order , due to the shipping delays.

Talking with Felice about issue was great She answered me n explained how to do everything properly She was great

I'm a former paramedic who purchased this product to replace a first-generation device designed to do the same thing. After comparing this choking rescue device to the older one, it was clear that there is NO comparison. This device is easier to hold and much easier to use.
This just might be the best product we hope we never have to use!

I am 83 and live alone. I purchased another device but was Not completely secure that if I had an emergency I could save myself. I then saw your add and never looked back.

Ordering the choking rescue devices I wanted was easy on the website after I finished my research. I chose NovaCare because I wanted a device that I could use on myself if I choked and NovaCare had the only one that met my needs.

After my purchase, I had a couple of questions so I emailed. I got a complete and detailed response in less than 24 hours. The customer service rep that helped me is Nicole and she was wonderful and so helpful. NovaCare customer service is fantastic. Thank you!

This seems to be a very well made product. I hope I never have to use it, but there is an amount of relief knowing I have it and it’s ready to use. I am a widow living alone in a very remote location. Emergency help is too far away, so I am glad to have found this product.

Excellent customer service with a small issue at the start but all fine now.
I haven’t had the need to use it yet thank goodness but it gives me tremendous peace of mind to know in case of choking I live alone I have something to fix it.

I'd like to start off by saying that your anti-choking devicece is truly amazing. The suction was quite impressive, and the fact that I wouldn't need assistance from somebody else to use it in case of an emergency, was a key factor in my purchasing your device. This product should be a "must have" in your home. Time is critical, and to have something like this handy in case if an emergency, gives ne peace of mind.

They communicated well with me and were there to ensure my trust in the choking product and its reliability quality and overall engineering. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I had several questions in the process of prepping this item for use, and I got very timely answers with clear and patient instruction on how to proceed. So I am very happy with this company, although I haven't had the "emergency" yet and hope to never have it!

I received my order for NovaCare One Button Anti-Choking very quickly & the devices were packed very well. The packaging was in excellent condition.
The devices themselves look to be very well designed, as yet I have not needed to use (hopefully never need to). I had a small question for Felice in Customer Care & she answered very smartly & sorted it out for me. Customer care was excellent. I would sincerely recommend this product to anyone that wants peace of mind in a choking emergency (very scary).

A plus from ordering to receipt of package and beyond that. Customer Service that really makes the difference. I had a rep that not only walked me through my concern, but she genuinely wanted my complete satisfaction. That’s a company that i want to continue doing business with!
