Norfolk Designer Gardens Anmeldelser

Excellent purchase. Opted for the heavy duty dining table and boy it was..only qualm the holes didn't seem big enough for the wooden dowels and wouldn't go fully in.

Great quality product - delivered perfectly. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy again from this company. Very good value.

The furniture we bought is high quality and it was put together for us by the delivery driver, for an extra fee, which saved us from doing it. I would buy from them again.

Furniture arrived quickly and generally happy with it but two chairs were mouldy. I have tried to contact customer service on email but had no response. Their phone line also doesn’t work.

Quality item, quick delivery.

I spoke with a member of the team who was very helpful, he delt with my order straight away, it was dispatched when he said it would be, delivered on time , extremely well packaged, no damage to any item and it was easy to assemble. The quality is absolutely brilliant, I would recommend to buy from them.

Although I didn’t end up with my purchase due to my size calculation error, Tony was extremely understanding, helpful and communicative. It’s a shame we couldn’t have the table and chairs in the end as they looked amazing.

We are really enjoying our table and chairs. They look fab in our small back court yard.
Very good quality furniture.
Solid and good looking.
Ordering was easy and delivery was very good too.
My husband has given them a coat of oil to protect from the weather.
More than we have paid in the past and worth it for the quality.

The table and chairs arrived very quickly delivered by Palletways. We’re really pleased with our purchase. We teak oiled them and they look very good in the garden. The table and chairs are very well made and designed. Many thanks

Table and chairs arrived within 24 hours and the quality, design and built are excellent. Thank you

Quality, excellent service 👏

Top quality table; chairs and garden bench.
Very professional man (the owner) visited and set up everything.
Highly recommend this company.

Great to support a fine Norfolk business. Joe and the team got the garden furniture set down to London for us very quickly, having purchased at the Royal Norfolk Show only the week before. Excellent product and service thanks NDG!

Don’t advertise items you do not stock, customer service needs a complete overhaul. I’ve bought items from companies that engage and are helpful. It’s my money and this company won’t get any. They rang me and threatened me, I have details

recorded, will report this company to the police. I have full evidence of their call to me. I was told Tory wasn’t in today suddenly he’s threatening me and saying I’m a computer, this is a deplorable, disingenuous company and I can prove it. Tory rang me on his mobile number that was intimidating and harassment. Don’t trust anything they say or do.

Beautiful furniture, well packed , fast delivery ,very happy

Excellent garden set. Heritage 8 seat heavy duty.

Great quality. Sturdy and beautiful. Fast delivery.

We paid for assembly and this was completed quickly and efficiently by the chap who delivered it.

Very happy and would recommend them on quality and service. Worth the money paid.

We were looking for replacement Garden furniture and saw the Heritage Teak Wood outdoor dining set on line at a reasonable price ,ordered it on the Friday morning and paid the extra for quick delivery.
From ordering to delivery was less than 24 Hours,we were really pleased with the overall buying experience and can fully recommend them.
It arrived palletised very well packaged ,no damage .The delivery company were good too ,pleasant ,obliging ,unloading no problem driver too.
Overall a great experience. Thank You.

I received a faulty parasol and reported the issue by email. To the company’s credit, they replied within minutes and offered a replacement, so at first it felt like a very positive experience.

Unfortunately, that was three weeks ago and the replacement still hasn’t arrived. I chased by email after 14 days and again after 17 days, but have had no response to either message. I also tried calling for an update, but the phone number no longer appears to work, which is concerning.

Is this company still operating? Be careful before you buy....

I originally left a much worse review for this company! They were incredibly slow to reply to an issue with my furniture but there were extenuating circumstances. They were very apologetic and everything was sorted out quickly and fairly once they did get in touch.
