Excellent company to deal with & really good product

The Bench was amazing quality - the service we received was above and beyond

The table was delivered with good communication and met expectations . Packaging was good and assembly simple. The item is attractive and looks solid. Only problem was one of the supplied dowels broke in its hole during assembly needing drilling out and replacing . Fortunately there was an extra in the pack.

Hi. I have given this score because of customer service. All the tables and chairs we have are excellent. Very well made. We have added extras since our first order over a year ago. But unfortunately the wooden parasol was very disappointing. It’s very hard to put up and the cord started fraying almost immediately. I have spoken to the delivery drivers on both the other occasions we have furniture delivered. Both said they would take our comments back and get something sorted out. Unfortunately I heard nothing from them. So I sent an email. Still no response. The parasol was not cheap so our experience put a question mark on if we would purchase in future. A simple email or phone call could of very easily turned this review into a 5*

Great customer service! Our garden table suffered a bit of an accident in the warehouse and we were given instead a slightly bigger and better quality version of the same model free of charge. The table was delivered to exactly where it was going to be set up and we were given useful tips on assembling it. We love the table. Would highly recommend the company.

The product was well packaged and delivered on time.

Excellent quality and design. Easy to put together and look’s the part in our garden.

Misleading representation of product

Friendly and approachable staff, held my order for over a year because the garden wasn't finished within time scale. Very pleased with the furniture and looks fantastic, great quality.

Great product, easy to assemble. Met all expectations

I had no problems with the transaction, the bench was delivered on time and the quality was better than I had anticipated.

Excellent customer service

Excellent benches. Real value for money. Fabulous assembly on site. Highly recommend

After ordering there was No update on the delivery. It simply arrived without any warning. Fortunately my neighbour was at home to take charge of the delivery. Each chair was strapped to a separate pallet. The carrier driver initially insisted that he had to deliver each pallet to my front door. As this was logistly impossible my neighbour persuaded him to just drop the pallets off and she wood deal with them. Jobsworth and useless. The chairs are greatly the way. Roger Noon

Extremely happy with the product but the company's customer communications could be improved. Received an email saying that the goods had been despatched but no further updates as to when they would be delivered. They were delivered over a week later. Having said that when we phoned the company on several occasions they were very helpful.
