Norfolk Designer Gardens Anmeldelser

Extremely happy with the product but the company's customer communications could be improved. Received an email saying that the goods had been despatched but no further updates as to when they would be delivered. They were delivered over a week later. Having said that when we phoned the company on several occasions they were very helpful.

The quality of the table/chairs is excellent. The 4 chairs are delivered stacked and the protection for the arms is compromised. A small blemish, easily sanded out.
The delivery service was not good. The driver left the packaged goods at the bottom of our driveway, 100 yards from the house. Thankfully, my neighbour was able to get the goods to our house.

Superb packaging, the best I’ve had delivered.
Helpful delivery driver, Quick delivery.
Quality dining table and chairs, with bright waterproof cushions.
Would highly recommend this Company.

I bought the Lutyens three seater bench in the sale and it's fabulous. The delivery man, Matt, was really helpful and, it being really heavy, he carried it into the garden for me. Great service and a great product. It looks fantastic in our garden. Very happy and will use them again.

I wish I could give them more stars but I carnt the garden furniture is fantastic it is stunning quality dont know what else to say worth the money

Very good solid well made product.
Smooth finish to wood, arrived well packed on a pallet
Pleased with product and price

Its hard to get a response from the company. My first Lazy Susan was missing some small parts. They said a replacement would be sent but never specified when. It arrived when I was out one day. When I opened it, a bag with oil in had leaked inside. I have contacted the company but they are not responding and I now have 2 unsuitable items in my house.

I am really pleased with my new teak bench. It looks lovely in the garden. I have given it a couple of coats of teak oil which has brought the colour out really well.

Lack of communication over delivery was a shame & by the time it arrived the weather turned. Shame customer service is not the best and struggled to get a response by phone or email.

Product arrived on time and nice and sturdy. Looks good.

Very well made and solid teak companion bench. Would recommend company.

Everything happened as they said it would

Good quality garden furniture, especially for the price. A minor piece of damage caused by the courier was quickly resolved by Norfolk Designer Gardens. Would recommend to a friend.

Excellent delivery friendly drive gave a few tips on assembly. Good product well made. Would by again. Kind regards Brian Morris Bloxwich

Great service again from Norfolk designer gardens. Loungers arrived on time and in perfect condition

Despite having read the reviews about missing items and poor communication I took a risk on ordering from this firm. Sadly the outcome has not been good. I was pleased with my initial contact with the company - they telephoned to check my order as I had ordered different coloured accessories and were then able to provide me with a matching set. However, my order was delivered over three weeks ago and I immediately contacted the company to let them know that one item was missing. I received a prompt reply letting me know they'd look into it and then nothing further, despite me emailing them on another couple of occasions. Fortunately for me the missing item is not a key part of the set I ordered and I am therefor able to seek a refund from my credit card if they don't get in touch following my last email. If they didn't have this item in stock they would have been far better to let me know. I would have been disappointed rather than angry and I certainly wouldn't be writing this review.

A high quality product, that should last us for a long time.

Quality chairs at an attractive price. Deliveery very good.

The table and chairs we ordered were dispatched swiftly. Communication was very good. We're really happy with the quality of the products.
