The furniture is really great
The furniture is really great. Very well made and solid as well as very stylish. The furniture arrived beautifully packed and it was easy to un-wrap and put out in the garden, with very very little "building" to do!
I'm really thrilled with this great addition to my garden.

No customer care!
Bought a similar patio set 15 years ago from Norfolk Designer Gardens and have been very pleased. Reordered a new table and six chairs recently but one of the chair was delivered smashed up. Norfolk Designer Gardens do not respond to any emails, website contacts or phone calls/messages to their customer care department. The only contact we could get is through their new orders phone dept, who couldn't care less about issues. We were given FOUR promised delivery dates with a replacement chair, one each week over a four week period. Every single delivery date was broken! This isn't an error, this is deliberate. It is a mature company that just doesn't care about customers. It has been a nightmare for us!
PS, the replacement chair was not an exact match, different size to the other five chairs.

We’re very sorry for the frustration and inconvenience you experienced.
We completely understand how disappointing it was to receive a damaged chair and then have several replacement delivery dates not go ahead as expected. We also apologise that you found it difficult to get through to our customer care team during this time. That is not the level of communication we want our customers to receive.
We’re pleased that your replacement chair was successfully delivered today, the same day this review was posted, and we hope this now brings the issue to a close.
We would, however, like to reassure you that the missed delivery dates were certainly not deliberate. We have taken your comments regarding both the communication and the repeated delivery arrangements on board, as this is clearly an area where we need to do better.
We’re sorry that your experience fell below the standard we aim to provide.

The furniture is great
The furniture is great, robust and very comfortable too. Cushions fit perfectly.
Unfortunately there was a tiny ‘flaw’, caused in transit, but no longer visible after ‘treatment’.

Thanks so much, Betty, for your lovely review. We’re delighted to hear you’re happy with the furniture and found it robust, comfortable and a great fit with the cushions.
We’re sorry to hear there was a small mark caused during transit, but we’re pleased this was easily treated and is no longer visible. Thank you again for choosing Norfolk Designer Gardens and for taking the time to leave us your feedback.
Good quality at a good price.
Good quality item at a competitive price. Delivery was a bit out of the blue as it turned up with no prior warning and from memory was quite late in the day.
The seat was easy enough to assemble and looks really good. No complaints.

Thanks for the review, Katie. We’re really glad you’re happy with the furniture, and we’re sorry the delivery took longer than you expected.
We know waiting three weeks can be frustrating, especially when you’re looking forward to receiving your order. We’re working on improving our delivery times and keeping customers better updated along the way.
Thanks again for ordering from us, and we hope you enjoy your furniture.

easy ordering
easy ordering, good communication and reliable delivery, thankyou very much.
The advice to oil the table was good as the first drop of rain stained the lovely surface before we could get it done, otherwise the design quality and sturdiness of the table and chairs is lovely.

Lovely Lutyens!
Received my bench and really pleased. Took a bit longer to arrive than anticipated but worth the wait. Helpful delivery guy and Tory was very helpful when I had to call to check delivery dates. Strong wooden bench went for the heavy duty 3 seater Lutyens. Make sure you line up the stickers a to a bto b etc as this wasn't clear on the instructions.

Non delivery of included cushions
Chairs were delivered without the included cushions. Despite speaking to the company on many occasions the cushions have still not been received over four weeks later. Attitude from company each time I’ve called has shown a complete lack of concern and any genuine interest in the situation and I have never felt they would actually do as they said and send the cushions to me, which to date they have not. I’m about to dispute the payment with my bank as a final resort
