Very good but no notice of delivery
The quality is good. After ordering the confirmation said could be months before delivery. Then had notification it would only be only days with a date specified . Brilliant but only 4 stars as it then turned up a day early with no notice. Luckily someone was in to accept and the delivery driver was really good

Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.
We’re really pleased to hear that you’re happy with the quality of your furniture and that you had a good experience with our delivery driver.
We’re sorry that your order arrived a day earlier than expected without any notice. We completely understand that this could have caused a problem if nobody had been home, and we’ll take your comments on board as we work to improve our delivery communication.

Hi Mic, thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback.
We’re very sorry to hear about the experience you had with your delivery. The service you described from the member of staff is not the standard we expect, and we completely understand how disappointing it must have been to have your furniture simply left on the driveway.
This is also why we recommend our **Home Installation Service**, where our team will assemble and position the furniture for you, leaving you with a much more stress-free experience.
We really appreciate your comments and will make sure your feedback is passed on to the relevant team.

Heritage dining set is of good quality, but...
Heritage dining set is of good quality and looks great. However, delivery quoted as 7-14 working days, but order placed on 9th March and delivery finally took place on April 28th. I did receive one email saying delivery window was 7 - 13 April, but heard nothing more. Had to ring twice to find out what was actually going on, apparently problems at Lowestoft.
Website implies "light assembly required" but had a huge forklift pallet delivered on the drive which I was left to unpack with no assistance to even move the items close to desired location. Having said that, it's a great end result.

Hi Kevin, thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback.
We’re really pleased to hear that you’re happy with your Heritage set now it has arrived, but we’re very sorry about the length of time you had to wait for delivery and the lack of communication along the way.
We also appreciate your comments regarding the pallet delivery and assembly expectations. We’ll take this feedback on board as we work to make our delivery information clearer for customers before their order arrives.
Apologies again for the delay, and we hope you enjoy your furniture for many years to come.

Really disappointed with the company
Really disappointed with the company. We purchased teak table and chairs in August and they are already in a mess. One has a clean break through the wood, others are splintering with numerous cracks down the chairs. I have reached out for help by e mail, but no reply at all.

Hi, we recommend sealing the wood to help prevent splits as teak is a natural product, and teak needs treating at least a year if colour retention is required by the customer. Call us Sam if needed on 01953660845
Worst of the worst
No contact for weeks, then they finally called to arrange a delivery, and didn’t deliver. Instead, they decided to deliver on one day we couldn’t do. The chairs have arrived covered in mould and the table has arrived damaged; the box is covered in footprints. Emailed to complain, but no response after several days, not even an acknowledgement. Nowhere near good enough on any account. Time to call my bank!!

Hi Cappi, we’re sincerely sorry for the experience you’ve had with us.
The lack of communication, problems with the delivery arrangements and the condition your furniture arrived in are not the level of service we want any customer to receive.
We’d really like the opportunity to look into this properly and see what we can do to put things right. Please contact us directly on **01953 660845** with your order details so we can review everything with you.
Our sincere apologies again for the inconvenience and frustration caused.

Good quality furniture
The quality of this furniture is very good , it is heavy consistent with solid tight grained timber. We received our delivery on Saturday a week after ordering it was well packaged . We purchased a set with four carver chairs and a round table. Very pleased , nice people to do business with.

Ordered Garden Table and 8 Chairs
Ordered Garden Table and 8 Chairs, delivery was 7-10 days but to my surprise I had a telephone call to say they could deliver it in just 2 days time. They telephoned the morning of delivery to let me know what time they would be here and they were spot on time. We have stored the items whilst garden is being redesigned but from what we could see it all looked really nice and we are really happy with it.

Hi George, thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback.
We’re pleased to hear that you’re happy with the quality of the table and chairs, but we’re sorry that the assembly wasn’t as straightforward as it should have been, particularly with the wooden dowels breaking during the build.
We completely understand how frustrating that must have been and we’ll be passing your comments on to our manufacturing team. We’ll also be looking at how we can make the assembly requirements and instructions clearer for customers.
Thank you again for choosing Norfolk Designer Gardens.

I am thrilled
I have taken delivery this weekend of my Heritage teak wood outdoor dining set with cushions and parasol and a bench. I have to say I am thrilled.
The quality far surpassed what I expected and I deliberately chose an extending table but was unsure of how difficult it would be ro operate. I should not have worried because it is easy.
I opted for the installation and this was done by a friendly, helpful and chatty director of the firm who took away all the packaging. I think he was called Paul.
The large parasol gives more shade than any other I have seen and covers the whole table.
As an extra having seen the quality of the table and chairs I bought a bench which i am enjoying using.
I have every confidence in recommending this company and I am so glad I chose them to buy my patio furniture from.

High quality teak garden table.
We bought a heavy teak garden table and at a competitive price. Darren who delivered it was a carpenter and delivered great advice about putting it together and treating it with UV sealer and teak oil. I followed his advice to the letter and it looks great.
