Happened across Noracora on FB, liked the top shown and decided to look at it a bit closer. The sizes are larger than US so look at it carefully, comes from Hong Kong so it may be awhile before I see it.

The selection is wonderful! There are so many different colors, styles, designs, and special effects (like sparkly threads)—that I have a hard time limiting my cart to a reasonable number of items. On other websites I normally have a hard time finding anything I like.

Terrible Experience. Not only was the product poorly represented by the photo. I jumped through all the hoops required to send it back. They will send an e-mail but they still haven't returned my money. I will never shop Nora Cora again and my advise is you shouldn't either.

It seems that we have replied to your return request in 20th Aug, yet we do not receive any reply since then.
We only got the necesarry confirmation in 31st Aug, so we sent the return label to you immediately in 31st Aug.
According to online information, the parcel was shipped out for return in 5th Sept and delivered in 9th Sept. The refund was registered in 11th Sept and denied by the bank in 13th Sept because you filed a chargeback with the bank. The chargeback is under bank's review so we are not able to make any modification to it.
According to your bank, there'll be a result after 3rd Nov. If they decide to refund the money to you, you will receive it after 3rd Nov.
If not, you can contact us again for refund. We are always here to help.
Please understand that the shipping cost was paid to the shipping company, therefore the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Please note that a $7.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

this was a struggle
It was difficult to scroll through the site to refind items I had liked. The system froze multiple times and at one point I had 2 separate carts and couldn't combine them. I finally purchased 6 items but it was a struggle to find them. Often choosing another color brought up a completely different item.

What made my experience great was the fact that the selection fit my needs and likes. Since I am a first time purchaser, I cannot say anything about the company as yet, however I will follow up once I receive my order and if it is in a timely fashion.
