Amazing customer service! I ordered a custom Arabic necklace and noticed there was a spelling mistake when I received it. I reached, and they responded the same day. They were extremely helpful and immediately offered to remake the necklace for me at no additional cost. They even had the replacement shipped out the very next day!
I was really impressed with how quickly they responded and how easily they handled the issue. Mistakes can happen, but the way a company handles them says so much about their customer service. Noor Qalb truly went above and beyond to make things right. Great communication, quick response, and excellent service. I would definitely recommend them!

I ordered two beautiful necklaces, one for myself and one for my daughter, and we absolutely loved them. Unfortunately, my 4-year-old accidentally ripped hers, which was completely her fault and nothing to do with the quality of the necklace.
Qalb Blooms kindly reached out to me afterwards to ask how I was getting on with my order. I told them how much we loved the necklaces and mentioned what had happened. I really wasn’t expecting anything, but their customer service completely exceeded my expectations.
They kindly sent me a full replacement necklace, rather than just the missing part, and to top it off, they sent two replacements instead of just one!
I was genuinely so touched by their kindness and generosity. It’s not often you come across a business that goes so far above and beyond for their customers. Beautiful products and absolutely amazing customer service.

I didn’t know what to expect, I was a bit sceptical about. But , actually but, in the end , I was impressed about how beautiful the necklace can be. To be honest, is special, is perfect. I wanted to reach out to say how much I enjoyed the jewelry (some ordered as gifts) and how much I enjoyed supporting you! Three of the necklaces arrived seemingly broken but were just detached from the main clasp. More specifically the double stacked necklaces seemed crowded on the size of ring that kept them together. I was able to go to a jewelry store and they reattached and tighten the rings closed. Again, I’m satisfied with the designs and look forward to wearing them!

I have reached out to the company directly regarding my concerns. I will share my email as my review, here.
I am writing to express my disappointment with the quality of the items I received. I noticed that identical products and advertising are available on other platforms like Temu for a fraction of the cost I paid.
I am also concerned about your marketing practices. The "Closing Sale" advertised as a "Single Day Event" appears to be ongoing, and identical listings can be found under the name "Qamar Jewelry," which is misleading to consumers.
Finally, regarding your partnership with Share The Meal, your public profile indicates a total donation of $218. Given that my orders alone totaled $820, the donation amount per order appears minimal, which undermines the charitable claims made on your website.
Due to these issues, I would like to return all items from these orders for a full refund. Please provide the instructions necessary to initiate this return. I would rather give $820 straight to Share the Meal than support what appears to be a drop shipping company.
