I ordered one of their name tag….not impressed
I ordered one of their name tag necklaces. The name tag was much smaller than the pictures they show. I wrote to them, they said it was a mistake by them and they would send me another one. Its been 2 months and I still haven't received it yet. They keep making excuses that its been shipped out. This was supposed to been a gift for someone, instead I had to buy another gift. I don't think I will purchase from these people again.

Really helpful customer service
I had made an order and I accidentally put the wrong address (autofill), I emailed the customer care team and spoke to Hannah and Aisha who where really helpful and changed my delivery address. The customer service is great
The customer service is great. My package got delayed but they made sure to reply my every email and keep me posted. It was then stolen by the delivery person and after I provided the evidence of being stolen, they made me my new customized necklaces and sent it over. They are so beautiful. Initially was very upset with the order I made for my daughter's 30 birthday gift as the spelling was wrong but as I contacted Noor al Qalb they made sure to fix it and send without any charge or any back n forth argument. Very happy with my order. Please support such amazing businesses.

I ordered a custom name gold necklace.
Right after I ordered, they flooded me with marketing emails. When I actually needed help, they were not there.
Their system says delivered. It is not delivered.
I did not ask for a refund. I asked for a replacement. It is a custom name necklace with a person’s name on it.
They want me to sign a sworn statement so this can drag even longer. I would understand that if I wanted my money back. I don’t. I want the necklace they never delivered.
Update: Aisha already replied here and told me to email them. They already have my emails. They know about order #32969. They have not sent a replacement.

I purchased 3 of the Noor Tasbih bracelets when Noor Alb advertised a closing down sale back in June/July time. I then got emails to say the order was delayed due to the "closing down sale completely overwhelming them".
