This rental car company held my deposit for over two months, longer than the 25 working days stated in my original contract. When I inquired, they claimed it was 45 working days and then sent an "updated" contract. They also tried to charge me for over mileage despite my "limitless" mileage agreement through VIPcars, bringing it up multiple times. VIPcars offered little help, stating they are just a broker. I found their practices unethical and their customer service poor.

About a month before the holiday, I made a reservation to rent a car from this company. During our conversations, I repeatedly mentioned that I was a foreigner and that I was staying in Turkey with a work permit. However, just one day before my reservation date, I was informed that my booking had been canceled.

The reason given was that my passport did not have an entry-exit stamp within the last six months. However, this requirement was never mentioned to me during the reservation process. I am not in Turkey as a tourist; I have a work permit, a valid driver’s license, and all the necessary legal documents. Despite this, my reservation was canceled under the pretext of an insurance issue.

If you are a foreigner planning to rent a car from this company, I strongly advise you to check whether your passport has an entry-exit stamp from the last six months. Otherwise, you might face unexpected issues at the last moment.

This situation caused me a lot of trouble and ruined my long-awaited holiday. While there are more reliable companies available, working with a company that enforces unclear policies is risky. No matter how affordable it may be, it’s not worth ruining your vacation over such an experience.

The worth company that u can deal with , just runaway , they gave me a car with a small damaged which i took a picture of it before i received the car , and the guy who is delivering the car he said don’t worry already you paid for fully covered insurance, after i deliver and i return back to my country they send me mail that they cut all the deposit amount that i paid which it was 12,000 TR because of the same damage , and they send me the same picture that i had before i take the car , i tried to contact the manager which his name is sinan , he replied so clearly this the system and do what ever you want

Ich hatte im September 2023 ein Fahrzeug für 30 Tage bei Sabiha Gökçen Flughafen angemietet und war sehr zufrieden. Es war wie über VIP Cars reserviert ein fast nagelneues Diesel Fahrzeug mit nur 6.000 km. Die Rückzahlung der Kaution wurde innerhalb von 1 Woche ohne Abzüge zurück überwiesen. Und auch die Kundenbetreuung über den Mietzeitraum war vorbildlich! Ich für meine Person würde wieder bei nokta Auto ein Fahrzeug anmieten.

j'avais une réservation à l'aéroport de Dalaman. Ils ont voulu me faire payer 669 Euros alors que la réservation était confirmée pour un prix de 489 Euros ils avaient le voucher mais ont cherché à exploiter la situation pour m'obliger à payer. J'étais avec mes valises sur le parking de l'aéroport à 90km de mon hotel. Devant mon refus de payer le chauffeur est reparti en me laissant sur place. Cette société est à eviter à tout prix faites attention.

Company of Cheaters and Scammers. I rented a car from them in August 2022. Until today they didn't refund back my deposit ($300). Every time I call them, they give me their typical response: "send us your banking details and an email request". I don't recommend the use of this company to anyone.

First off all I paid them directly 150 EUR for full insurance coverage, and at the same time they booked amount of AED 1,531.28 which equivalent to 7,800.00 Turkish Lira as deposit incase of accident or Speed Radar.

The guy who came to take the care back, after totally rechecking around the car, He was showed me a very small minor damage under the door of the car. And I am sure that he was knew about it, but he told that I will lose the booked amount and the full insurance which I paid them. I have refused this case since it was not a car accident but unfortunately they already have my card details and debited the total amount.

I had to give one star because there is nothing below it same as the scam NOKTA is running. DO NOT RENT CAR from NOKTA. Especially using VIP as both are in the same bed and no help whatsoever. Took my 6000TL and they are not refunding it. VIP is doing nothing. I'm ashamed to be a TURK to have to read reviews about NOKTA. SHAME ON YOU NOKTA and VIP.

Rented a car through VIP cars who gave my rental to these clowns. Nokta promised my car was waiting at the airport. When I arrived they sent me on a wild goose chase searching for a non existent location, which turned out to be in an entirely different airport.

I never saw them, or the car I booked and lost my deposit. Total scammers, don't use them.

SCAMMERS, they scammed me for €250 deposit. They asked me to pay €155 insurance when I have already paid for it online. Don’t rent from this company.

It’s very bad experience with this company ,
1- there is no office , and they will deliver the car in the street .
2- they gave another category not similar car as they said
3- they took very high insurance amount
4- they got 5000TL and not refund yet .
5- the took an amount from traffic gates and I don’t know why .

For every one , don’t trust this company.

They say some guy from the company will wait you in front of gate 2 at istanbul airport at pick up time but no one showed. After waiting 30 minutes I called them only to be told that correct meet up place is departure gate 7 and that now they will send someone with the car. I am pretty sure that if i would not call them nobody would have bothered to come. After waiting another 30 minutes they arrived and than did not give me the car because i did not have credit card for deposit, even though i paid for full insurance. It was not written anywhere you need to pay deposit. I offered them cash also but they did not take it. Now reading other reviews i can see why they take only credit cards. I wish i had read reviews before. In the end i was left at the airport without a car and was forced to take another at the airport for higher price. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM!

Total Scam! They will offer you one car at Istanbul airport and then give much cheaper car! They also will steal your money if you give them your credit card! Do not go to Nokta Car!

Ze komen uren later pas opdagen en daarna moet je voor dezelfde classe auto 300 euro extra betalen!

It was a really bad experience. We did not find the address. We spent a lot of money in a taxi and nobody answered the phone in Notka. In the end we had to rent another car and we lost the deposit.

A Scam company. The company does not return the Deposit. To avoid Nokta rent a car. It is a shame for Turkey.
