First time customer
First time customer, and had it not been lockdown I probably wouldn’t have ordered from here and gone to one of the more well known franchises- but I’m so glad I didn’t!! Five star customer service and amazingly delicious mithai- much better than the famous franchises!! Went above and beyond to help fulfil our requirements and ensure we had the order. Kept us informed every step of they way. Very rare to find such wonderful customer service and a product to match! Totally beyond my expectations. Thank you so much.

Fool me once..
I was looking for 'Nirala' but ended up at 'Niralla' due to my own fault. I found this ploy incredibly cunning and quite frankly, felt like a fool.
The 'Panjeeri' was a waste of money, inauthentic, half the ingredients of the original and chemical laden
3 stars: 1 for their website design, 1 for the good customer service by Zafran (unsure whether I got his name right) and 1 star for the lesson
Need I say I won't be returning to this shop?

I ordered the only available panjeeri from your website and was handed the packaged one upon arrival. At no point was I informed of a better option by your colleague.
I drove 85 miles to buy authentic panjeeri from London the next day and a number of times since. My custom would have been yours Insha'ALLAH have you not chose to sell sub standard goods.
Now that you've mentioned the delivery charge, it hadn't been refunded even though I collected the item from your store. I emailed yourselves as well as raised it with PayPal but to no avail.

Hisham bhai, if you had checked, someone would have told you I make my own panjeeri and you would have loved the home made taste. The packaged one unfortunately we do not make and as it was clearly labelled by the firm that manufactures it we cannot promise it will be what you require. And as far as I remember, you were the customer we made a point of ringing, because you had ordered online and paid £7 for delivery. As soon as we saw the address we made a point of refunding the delivery charge as you were so close to us. As for the cunning ploy Hisham bhai, astaghfuirullah, never in a million years. If you met me, you would immediately know I would never use cunning or any ploys to sell my wares. Our products speak for themselves. I would invite you to come in and sampe the products we make ourselves. Read all our reviews. As the say, never say never Hisham Bhai. jzk

Forget all the other sweet shops!!! This one is brilliant...I received a 5 star service right from the point that I placed my order online to the actual delivery. I had to make changes to my delivery date and my request was accommodated and personalised to my requirements. 10 out of 10 for customer service. Honestly, they bent over backwards for me and the best thing was that their prices are the most competitive online. I received pictures and videos of what was being sent too. This place is real value for money. The recipients of the sweets were overwhelmed to receive such beautifully packaged gifts. They complimented the freshness of the sweets too. Honestly, Niralla on Leagrave Road in Luton is amazing and Shazia at Niralla is even more amazing!!! Thank you so much for your impeccable service.

Salman Bhai, i am sorry you had to wait so long for your product. We always pay for next day delivery, but sometimes things go wrong, it is never our intention to delay a customers order. Once we send mithai out with the courier it is in their hands.

Very efficient customer service. I placed two Diwali gift orders online and received a phone call confirming the order details within minutes. Both orders were delivered on time. I would definitely use them again.

the only good thing about the sweets…
the only good thing about the sweets were the box that they delivered in. either they were stale or made with very old about to expire cashews nuts and smell was weird. went straight in the bin although i kept the box for decoration
