Very bad service in too branch . Puja has the best service. I will never go there again.

I wouldn’t give them 1 star if I’m honest, back in mid November my son purchased some pakorey from Niralla (Leagrave Rd) halfway through eating one, I saw a piece of plastic had been fried inside the pakora! I took a photo, I was at Niralla’s yesterday evening and mentioned it to the young man behind the counter, his reply was “you should have told us sooner, we could have given you a refund” that part was nice of him, I apologised that I hadn’t come in earlier, to which he replied “we are always busy here, this sort of stuff happens” I was absolutely gob smacked! You purchase a little treat for yourself, you certainly don’t expect to find a foreign body in your food! Absolutely disgusting 🤮

Have ordered over 10 days ago. Haven’t even received confirmation that the order has been sent. No response poor service

Ordered it online from Canada for family based in the UK. Everything from the online experience to the actual delivery of the mithai was great!

I ordered Kaju Katli. It was not only delicious but was made using Ghee. Quality was good. Kaju balance along with burfi content was emaculate. Will definitely buy again.

First told us that sugar free laddu available then once I placed order then customer told me that laddu not available.. need to update website.

Quick delivery, amazing packaging.

Gave 4 stars instead of 5 because they should have used packaging with symbol ⬆️ keep this side up. This would have avoided leakage of sweets syrup that messed up grace of packaging.
It was disappointing as I chose to buy from here because of classic style of packaging in first place.

I had called after making an order online and decided it would best to just pick up and they very polite and helpful over the phone and when I went in! I have no idea about Indian sweets it was a present for a colleague and they really paid attention to detail

I paid for 1.5kg of mitaai in the box but when weighed it was nearer to 1kg

Service was efficient , quality was good however you sent me Burfi instead of Gulab Jamun, did not complain as was too busy ..

Hi I mainly ordered from you as you had an option for sugar free Barfi and it was really good.
All the the sweets I ordered were fresh, tasty and delivered the next day.

Excellent customer service, packaging & prompt delivery. Took those boxes in a suitcase and there was no leakage. My Nordic/Pakistani friends were thrilled. The taste was amazing as well.

ordered on Friday, got a message on Friday that they will pack and post a fresh pack on Monday. Received it on Tuesday. Left it in cool place, yet it's Thursday and all the Rassgullah have gone sour. It happened with last delivery as well but i then gave it a benefit of doubt. but it has happened again. Very disappointed
