Each item is freshly prepared and we never keep it for days. We never compromise in quality standards; therefore, our food items are made with fresh ingredients from reputable suppliers. We also prepare custom food items for your celebrations; whether it is a birthday party, a marriage celebration or any other function, you can contact us with any requirement. It tasted like home made and the service was excellent I had it delivered personally by their member of their team as they were concerned about the postal strike and it would not had been delivered on time. I quite liked their naan khatai,as I gave away the rusk and other to my daughters would like more information about their product I also noticed they cater for diabetics which is brilliant good luck for your future

Absolutely poor
Absolutely poor . Parents bought Mithai for baby’s first birthday to give to relatives as blessing. On handing out the mithai they discovered boxes were incomplete weighed less than 1kg. Very embarrassing discovery . Do not recommend luton shop if you go against this please ensure they weigh the boxes in front of you and show you before they are sealed. Totally untrustworthy. Will not use again.

Please clarify which Niralla you went to? Niralla or Nirala, as there are two seperate companies with this name on the same stretch of road.
Amazing service
Amazing service, great taste. I ordered panjeeri for a friend and asked to put a note and they sent this beautiful card with my message written on it, which was very sweet. Will use there service again.

Recently i got the sweet delivered from…
Recently i got the sweet delivered from Luton to Birmingham. The service was excellent. The staff was so helpful and supportive. Although the charges to order online differs slightly from placing an order over the phone but niralla has always been an excellent choice for our family therefore i am giving it a 5 star. Hope to order from you in future too. Highly recommended.

This time we didn't receive quality…
This time we had bad experience as we our order was not dispatched as per our request. Our delivery was received three days after Eid! This was a Eid gift and we were embarrassed as it was spoiled and receipents could not enjoy it.

as per our conversation, which i have saved on my phone, I explained very clearly that you ordered to late for eid and you would not receive the mithai on time, i also explained that your order from fort william was likely to take 3 days to deliver and the sweets would spoil in the heat, this was one of 3 conversations, But you insisted on us sending them anyway. So it is very unkind of you to leave a negative review. Especially since on previous occasions-twice I have sent you items without charging as the delivery to the other end has consistently been a problem,

As you will find most of our reviews tell you how delicious our sweets are. I am disappointed that you did not like them. |As we get may customers who come to us from your town, perhaps we can treat you to a delicious home made breakfast and you can sample some of the sweets fresh in store and let us know what it was that did not appeal to you in particular.
Postal delivery
Called and was not even greeted with a hello. Asked query only for them to not know the answer and then hung up on me! Called again and was told they could deliver in time for Eid. This didn’t happen and delivery received four days after Eid! This was a gift so unsure what the quality of my order is like.

This is so strange that this happened, we pride ourselves on our excellent customer service. and after questioning my staff they do not feel that any of them did this. However my apologies if any one did. Unfortunately delivery companies let us down. we pay for next day delivery and we dont always get it. If you had called and explained we would have sent out a replacement box the next day.

Good service
Prompt service of barfi which my international guests seemed to enjoy. My only slight criticism would be that the sweets were not cut into very even pieces.

thank you for your lovely review. The 'rustic' cut of the sweets is because our sweets are made by us and cut by hand, we do not make massive quantities so at the moment we do not own expensive equipment. I hope it wasnt too much of a problem.
