unfortunately as you are so very far, we sent it via the fastest available option and that still took a few days. There really is no other way to send it faster to you.

I loved the burfi but glab jamun had some sort of suger. If there is no suger with what you made the syrup. I enjoyed both .

my dear lady, it was lovely talking to you on the phone and as i explained, the syrup is made with splenda, there really is no sugar. they taste so good, its impossible to tell its sugar free.

the only issue I had faced (well I wouldn’t even call it an issue but it kinda is) that when you order it online to get it sent locally they won’t deliver it, a courier would do it for em and it charges a lot tho it’s convenient for them but expensive for customer

hi, I am not sure if there was a mix up with communication, but we do deliver locally, there is a smaller charge for within Luton. Otherwise outside of luton we have to use couriers.
TASTY SWEETS AND FAST DELIVERY
These Methais were delicious and I wasn't expecting the mixture box to be this good. Definitely worth the price I paid for the amount of high-quality fresh sweets I received with fast delivery. Thank you so much.
Also came with a cute card wishing me Happy Diwali which was a nice gesture. :)

Very good quality of sweets
Very good quality of sweets. Have ordered a few times from them. The only issue is that the delivery company can screw up sometimes. I ordered sweets for Diwali days in advance and Niralla dispatched the following day, but DPD didnt deliver until the day after Diwali!

The first thing I would like to say is…excellent services
The first thing I would like to say is the owner of the shop a lovely lady I spoke to on the phone she was so helpful and talked me thorough how to place my order Mita online and made sure the mita got to Scotland in time for Diwali. Secondly the mita was so lovely and well packed not squashed at all what I was so worried about . Third the service was amazing the staff called me to back to tell me that they refunded me my money back for stuff they did not ship I would recommend this shop , food and staff for excellent service. Bad delivery service sweet was not proper fresh after three days Evan paid £7.99 delivery changes. When I called the shop owner she is giving excuse courier is not delivering on time!!!!!

thankyou for blaming the couriers poor service on us. It is very easy to see when the delivery was sent out and our payment for next day delivery. Once the courier has it we cannot possibly control what they do. I would take it up with the delivery service.
