The bedding set I ordered did not look…
The bedding set I ordered did not look the same as in the picture so I wanted to return it. Despite numerous return requests no one has ever responded. I also tried phoning several times; it's just a private mobile number which just went to to answerphone.
Feel conned.

Few problems but all resolved now
Unfortunately never received item or refund , we did have communication but it’s been over a month now , ordered on 27th May . The issue has now been resolved , not only did they issue a refund but they are also sending out the clock as a goodwill gesture which is greatly appreciated . Thank you to Liam for sorting everything out...

Although I never actually received my order the service was excellent. The gentleman contacted me to say that because of the covid situation it was going to be quite a while before he could fulfil my order so he was just going to cancel and return my money. Thanks for that.

Very responsible service under COVID

Kettle …
Ordered a kettle from website but due to the corona situation it could not be delivered
There was a problem with the refund at first but communication from Ninety one was excellent and after speaking to Liam the problem was sorted out ASAP hope to deal with them again in the future

Recommended by a friend as I'm high risk and shielding. I couldn't believe the range of stuff on here and the price was low, I usually order from amazon but this was cheaper. Literally anything I could need (except food) I could get from here and stay safe at home, the company was very professional and kept me updated about my order in every stage, and the item arrived on time, well packaged and my items were exactly as expected. I dont usually do reviews but I was very impressed on this occasion, I would recommend them and I will definately be using them again for anything I need.

If you have a medium sized dog this bed is too small. It was going into the back of a car so not a problem......I should have checked size.
Great service. I was contacted the next day after the order was placed because they didn’t have the option I wanted. I was offered an alternative which I happily agreed.
In a world of no seller/customer contact this made my online shopping experience very personal. Thankyou
