I ordered a Little Tikes Basket ball hoop which originally I received no confirmation of. After contacting the website, the customer service team tracked the order and informed me the item was no longer in stock. However, they did organise a refund. Shame the website was out of date and their emails were not working, but the customer service person, Liam, was really helpful and polite.

Update - we have received our refund, thank you for that.

Useless Company - NO NOT USE! Ordered 3 x Paddington Bears for someone to take on a trip with them for next day delivery - nothing. Still haven't arrived 4 days later. What is worse, I have called numerous times on the telephone line on the website and on the mobile and left voicemails. I have also emailed over 5 times - stating it is URGENT and I am still waiting to hear back from them. I am now trying to get a refund, which is proving impossible as they do not communicate. I shall be reporting them to trading standards. They are a bunch of charlatans.

Absolute crap, dont order from them i ordered on amazon, they dispatched it about 3 days late, they sent to a completely different address to what i put in, gave me a messed up tracking number which barely even worked, i messaged everydsy for y a week but no reply at all. Spoke to amazon about it and aparently they took the seller off amazon as it was a fake seller.

Liam in customer service has continuously gone above and beyond in order to help me get a supply of cat food, I’ve never had such outstanding service from a company online or in store.
They have constantly been in contact with me, going out of their way to ensure I can get the stock that was available- as I believe this product is no longer available. I was buying up any stock I could find anywhere, and they have helped me endlessly.

No problem was too much, the service was incredibly polite and professional.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Paid for an order and next day delivery last December, no item ever turned up. What's worse is that I have complained by email and phone a few times and had zero response.

Bought some lovely mop head replacements that fit great on my mop. They came in time and weren’t damaged. I will be shopping online here again.

Bought a Barbie play set for my two daughters, arrived quickly and were in mint condition.

Placed an order and paid extra for next day delivery. Did not receive the order until over a week. Sent 2 emails requesting a refund on the next day charge but no response to either of my emails. Very poor customer service.

Terrible service and can't believe the positive reviews. Ordered 15 December and paid for special next day delivery. Still waiting over two weeks later and no response to any follow up messages. I just want my money back ...or the present for our niece as ordered!!!
