Ordered a little something for my aunt who lives in the UK - every thing went as smooth as you can expect.
Its always a risk to order from abroad, but if the job gets done right, then I'm happy.

Ordered from ninety one with out a hitch, everything as should be. Cant fault

Ordered items that were out of stock in b&m (we all know this website is b&m but more expensive) and I was happy to pay a bit extra. After a week of my items not arriving by second class post I contacted them by all means stated on their website. I got a text reply saying they’ll look into it and never heard anything again until myself and my partner on a different number tried to contact them again. I received an email saying my stuff was refunded! My advice is if it’s out of stock in b&m it will be out of stock here so don’t bother. If I hadn’t chased this up though how long would it have taken for them to cancel my order? Poor service all round if your items are out of stock take them off your website and save people their time, money and hassle.

I've ordered something for my little grandson but I was worried it wouldn't arrive in time. I've contacted the seller and there was no problem. Fast delivery, easy payment and a happy grandson! Thank you!

I had a problem with this company. I ordered something for myself & my sister (we are both disabled & are unable to get to the shops), I was told by a friend that we had been very overcharged as was being sold by a high street shop much cheaper. I passed this information onto NinetyOne & they have been very sympathetic so this is the reason I have increased my star rating for them. Thank you NinetyOne.

Arrived promptly. I bought them as they were self watering and although they are plastic, this did not bother me as the shape is good and I intend decorating them in various ways.

Kept good communication and arrived n time and arrived as described

this lot are just scammers.placed an order and have tried to contact on numerous occasions but to no avail.please keep your money and spend it else were.i have since received my item albeit a bit of a wait.This i believe was due to bad service from 2 postal delivery companies.i also received a complete refund.I want to retract my original review were i called this company "scammers" they have gone out their way to resolve my complaint. I have suggested they review their delivery systems. I hope this helps other shoppers.

Order was delayed by 10 days while waiting on new stock only to have them delivered and one still had its B+M price tag on it of £3 when I was charged £5 per light plus delivery! Oh and the rest of the lights had sticker residue on them were the B+M price tags had been badly taken off !!! Obviously he popped out to local B+M and bought up lights n palmed them off as his stock with £2 quick profit .

Fantastic communication can't fault them at all, very fair and understanding will definitely use again.

Awful company. Bought a greenhouse from them and payment was made straight away. It took 2 days to decide that they were "uncertain when we can get back into work" due to Coronavirus. Took almost 2 weeks to receive my money back.
AND they are still advertising the item on their website so beware - you won't receive it.

I have been a customer for 6 months, and have bought and sold wine with the company. I have found the company very reliable and efficient in both delivering purchased wine at a good price to my bonded storage account, and selling my wine. I can therefore recommend them as a fine wine merchant.

Delivered on time, exactly as predicted. Excellent!
