Wow Nextmeds is the best !

After being on brand then having to go the compounded route, I am happy with NextMeds

After clearing w/ customer service why my payment was taken but no further communication. Provider telemed visit was scheduled immediately. Provider was very clear & understanding. Very down to earth.

No one has contacting me regarding anything. I was charged and even called to get an update and nothing.

Terrible experience. First, they said I would have the medication in three days. It took three weeks, and when it got here, it was hot and ruined, measuring 90°F. It was not packed properly and had been traveling from Florida to Texas for three days. Next meds refused to give me a refund. The pharmacy sent another package which was packed a little better, but it was still way over the allowable limit of temperature of 46 degrees F when I got it. The tirzepitide was ruined, or possibly fake, because it has had no effect whatsoever and I gained 8 pounds the first week. I lost weight very well on Ozempic, so gaining 8 pounds in a week made no sense. I’ve talked to Next Meds several times but they don’t care whatsoever. Then I found out the FTC fined them $150,000 for various illegal activities.

Worst customer service I’ve ever received, run from this company! I placed my first order a month ago, I was going to switch from the company that I’m currently with only because they were offering a lower price. I submitted my forms and told them I was taking the 15 mg and happened for the last year. I uploaded the forms as required and then somehow once they processed it, they put me at a lower dose, I called two separate times and spoke to two separate people who said that they could not help me because the prescription was already sent to the pharmacy and being processed. I told them that their site said if the doctor had any questions that they would contact you but nobody contact me. I also advised that the lower dosage that they are giving me is not what I wanted and would not work for me. It was a waste of my money. I told him it was their mistake, not mine. I then received an email telling me that they canceled my subscription and our refunding me my full amount that it would take up to 10 days, business days. I still have not received that refund. I have emailed with what I believe is AI and keep getting the same responses back and that I need to wait 10 days which I keep replying that it’s been over that amount of time and I want my refund as I have proof saying that it is being processed and I would receive it. unfortunately now I am not getting any responses at all and just got another email that my next order is being processed by the pharmacy! Again, I have sent three emails telling them do not send that to me that I do not want it and I want my refund and now I hear nothing at all from them. They are a scam and all they want is your money and I am telling you that you truly need to run. There are other companies out there that have good prices that have good customer service as well. You can take my advice or leave it, but you will be very disappointed. Good luck if you choose to move forward with this company.

My care provider actually listened to me and corrected what went wrong.

I was charged and then had a very shady phone call with a provider who asked nothing about me or my health. Basically he just gave me the med. Then the medication arrived hot and was not useable. I reached out to customer service for a replacement and they never resolved the issue (it is now one month later). So I was basically scammed out of $120.

My provider was extremely helpful and understood my concerns.

Clinical support phone call to renew my prescription was excellent and informative. However, support staff didn't respond to any email/text messages sent before that phone call. Communication was not good.

The Doctor listened to my concerns and helped me get the right dosage.

Awesome people

This is the absolute worst company to deal with if there is any issue. They do not reply or respond. There is absolutely no way to speak to a person above the customer service that is absolutely no help at all. They took my money and after 3 weeks still have not received my medication and cannot get a refund. This company SUCKS! They are not a company to deal with. Buyer Beware...

I just receive my package. Ordered 3 months - was only mailed one vial. No directions or information included. The vial was just in a little baggie whereas when I used Blue Haven for my meds the vials were protected in another plastic container. I have called, texted, and emailed customer service and am being ghosted. The bag says Quantity 2 on it, yet there is only one vial - an there should be 3 not 2 anyway. I am just so upset I switched from Blue Haven. I guess you get what you pay for....and it this case, I got far less than what I paid for.

Getting my prescription in the next couple of days, the intake was very informative, can’t wait to start on my new journey

My experience has been great. The provider’s are knowledgeable, kind and explain the information clearly.

The doctor reviewed my health and explained the use of the medication.
