They won't let me cancel a subscription I never used but they charged me for. My husband died last week, unexpectedly, and I've begged them as I simply cannot afford the $315.00 charges. Horrible people.

Appears to be a fake corporation (not listed in ANY state databases) full of FTC and FDA fed violations, contradictory terms, NO prescriber ID, dosage, pharmacy or compounding lab disclosures as required by law. I filed FTC and FDA reports on 9/2/2026 on behalf of myself and MartianWater.Store after placing a personal order 8/31/2026 that was NEVER shipped. No response to ANY of my emails.

This company has extremely terrible communication between customers and company. Extremely slow responding, website is not set up good, could not cancel through link they sent, had to call them. Didn't send nausea medicine with order, tried to contact them through their portal and either days of no response or no response at all. Wouldn't recommend

My experience with Lean Meds was extremely disappointing, and I no longer trust this company.

I placed and paid for my order after seeing an ad promising two-day delivery. Instead, after receiving my payment, they scheduled a mandatory video consultation for about a week later.

I waited for this consultation, and no one showed up.

Now, instead of immediately correcting their mistake, they're asking me to wait again for the next consultation on September 16th. The entire process has already been delayed for about three weeks.

This isn't just a delivery delay. It concerns medications and my treatment schedule. Because of these delays and the missed consultation, my treatment schedule has been disrupted.

To make matters worse, I asked for a refund after all this, but they refused.

If your advertising reassures customers that delivery will be within two days, but weeks later the customer still hasn't received the medication, your doctor doesn't show up for their appointment, and you then refuse to refund their money, this is completely unacceptable customer service.

Based on personal experience, I strongly recommend that potential customers think very carefully before paying Lean Meds anything upfront. I personally will not use this company again.

First, I called support line with some questions and the person who helped me made it clear he couldn’t answer any type of medical questions. He then helped me by setting up a nurse phone call. The nurse was very helpful. I appreciate both of the people who helped me get the answers I was looking for. Thank You !!!

Dr. Estella was wonderful. My appointment was fast and efficient, and I was asked if I had any concerns. Everything was addressed. Excellent experience.

Pathetic. Never got my order. Said they would not give a refund even though I never even was sent a product. I wrote emails to try to resolve. No wonder Chat GPT says be cautious low ratings.

I hope people are googling this company before they are subscribing and paying unfortunately I did not and now I’m realizing that I got scammed but because I put this on Klarna, I will be disputing this. They flaked on my scheduled phone call then they said that I didn’t show up for the phone call now they’re refusing to cancel my order.
I just got an email saying that they shipped out my order the thought of putting something in my body from a company that you don’t know where they’re from but you know that you got scammed so you definitely know I’m not injecting myself with whatever’s in those vials .
Buyer beware! Not a legit company and I question were they are located , China perhaps ??

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT! Delayed my order but sends email almost daily about how sorry they are about the delay! Then a random email requiring copy of my previous script, ID etc etc and STILL insisted on prescribing 11mg instead of the 15mg I've been on for a year! THATS how they're reducing costs!

I just started with this company. My initial visit went well and the nurse was very helpful and knowledgeable about the medication I needed.

I waited three weeks for an appointment which i believed to be a medical person but it wasn’t. I held up my current RX as required to the camera. I told her that I was out. She said someone would call me that day, it didn’t happen. I called customer diservice was on hold ten minutes only to have silence when the call went through. Second call she couldnt hear me. The third time i was told to upload the RX to the portal after my other three attempts to give it to them. I told them i wanted to cancel and wanted a full refund. They said i wasnt eligible. When Senior management called they said i paid $139 when it was over $300 and that i could download a scammy app to get a refund. I said no can do. I called AMEX and they took care of it.

If I could give this company less than one star, I would. They will take your money immediately before any interview and then have your phone conversation and sent you a prescription to the pharmacy that was not equal to the one you were already on They’re just sending off prescriptions and taking money. They don’t care about the interview that they’re required to do prior to you purchasing. This company is just about getting your money. They don’t care about the Patient and they don’t care what medicine you’re getting

Placed my order 08/20/2026. Card was immediately charged. I received several emails stating there was a delay with the pharmacy and they apologize. 1 week later no update so I called and was told a "waiver" document needed to be submitted by "Lean meds" to the physician and there was nothing for me to do. I was assured the physician would sign off in 24hours and my order would be out this week. Well today is the 9/9/2026 72hours since my last call. No updates unless I call. Placed on hold, only to receive the same delayed message each time. Some of the phone numbers they provide route to a medical alert company. This has been an extremely disappointing experience with the company. Buyer BEWARE!!!

Purchased medications Aug 20, 2026. Received one of them about a week later. It is now September 9th and the others have not arrived. Customer service says they will have someone call me on the 24th. That's two weeks from now! I was denied a refund when I found that unacceptable. I will be disputing this with my credit card company. What a hassle!

This company does not have medical appointments with medical staff before sending out meds! On August 27th I was chatting with Candace before I ordered. I was going to do the 12 monthly program for $1,188 and she said that I should do the monthly at $109 a month as when the year is over the price goes up. I told her ok and she had sent me a link and I signed up. I told her I do not want my credit card charged until I have had my appointment and confirmed I was approved. Well, my appointment is not even scheduled until. I received an email on August 28 that said after visit summary and I never had a visit with anyone! That same day they charged my credit card two charges for $109 and also the annual amount of $1,188. I did not notice this until I went online to pay credit card on September 4th. I immediately call and it took me forever to get through to someone. I talked to Charles Max and he said they had three accounts set up for me and he had to escalate my refund request and I would receive a call within 48 hours. I also had him cancel everything on September 4th. Later that day I received a package for NAD and I didn’t even order it!! I check my credit card today September 8th and they only refunded me $109. This is completely unacceptable and I called again today! Again waited forever to get through to someone and talked with Candace Hayes! She said they have a strict policy about no refunds!! That was never shared with me!! Then somehow I was disconnected when she had placed me on hold. Then later in the day I get an email that they are sending the Tirzepatide. I had already canceled everything on September!! The girl said they have a cancellation doesn’t go into effect until September 24th!! Why??? No answer about that. I sent them multiple emails today and they have now supposedly escalated it. I told them I am not paying for any of it!! I am so frustrated and upset!! DO NOT USED THIS COMPANY!!!
