It took these jerks TWO WEEKS to respond to a simple question, which they didn't even answer. I told them "forget it," and EVERY WEEK I GET ANOTHER STUPID EMAIL! I have asked THREE TIMES, now, for them to STOP CONTACTING ME - They're about to get a call from my lawyer.

I got on the website and filled out all the information. Plane is down on the website. It says that you will not be charged unless approved. My actual appointment was not for a few weeks out of when I was on the website however I got charged immediately. I called the company and they refuse to give the money back stating they have a no refund policy. I explained that their website says they shouldn’t charge until approved and I hadn’t even had an appointment yet. They still refuse to give the money back. I had to dispute and file a fraud claim as that was false advertising and they are keeping $129 of mine without me even having an appointment. The website falsely claims that they will not charge you until approved. They charge you immediately well before having an appointment and they will not give the money back. I would not want to place my health in such unethical hands.

You can't make appointments online. So you have to call. They set up an appointment and then no one calls. My patient portal shows no payments, no orders, no appointments. Keep trying to cancel but now no one will even take my call. They hang up on me. Can't get a refund. No refunds. This company is a SCAM.

She called me by my first name and had me verify my birthday and address before talking to me about my medication. Ahe also told me about when to expect my medication. I told her that I am a retired RN and that I know how to give myself an injection. I am tickled pink to be able to get my medication at a cheaper price than what my copay is for it at my Kroger pharmacy.

Everything was explained to me and all of my questions were answered.

The person Listen to me very well and made accommodations for me to get the right medicine. She’s very knowledgeable and very nice. That’s why I went with this company.

I had 2 appointments where no provider ever called nor provided any service.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I paid for my subscription 22 days ago and have received nothing. I have called 4 or 5 times and emailed even more than that I get no response on email and when I call I'll get is excuse after excuse after excuses as to why my medicine hasn't shipped yet. They refuse to give me my money back and I was set to get charged for a second month before I even received the first month. This company is 100% a scam. Please don't order from them.

Dear Sir or Madam:
I previously closed my dispute concerning LeanMeds, also known as White Coat, because the company ultimately issued a partial refund. The original charge was $1,140.00, but LeanMeds refunded only $1,045.00, leaving an underfunded balance of $95.00.
I am therefore requesting that American Express charge back the remaining $95.00 to LeanMeds.
The circumstances surrounding this transaction were extremely problematic. The original charge was made accidentally, and I notified LeanMeds less than two minutes after the transaction. Despite my immediate request to cancel the order, I subsequently received conflicting communications from the company.
I received emails indicating that the order had been cancelled and that there was no shipping or tracking number because the order had supposedly been cancelled. The following day, however, I received another communication stating that the medication had been shipped, followed by yet another email providing a tracking number. These contradictory communications demonstrate the serious confusion and lack of proper handling of my order.
There were also significant concerns regarding the prescription itself. A nurse whom I had never heard of apparently signed off on the prescription without having adequate information regarding the appropriate dosage. I am reporting him to the American Medical Association, Orlando Enrique Lasada. I never spoke to the nurse until after my husband received a package & my husband found his name on the vial.  I actually called the nurse who promised that I would get a full refund from this company, LeanMeds. The company's practice is to procure a prescription issued by a former provider.  This was never done. I raised these concerns directly with LeanMeds and also contacted Beaker Pharmacy and OpenLoop, the parent company associated with LeanMeds.
I had also clearly informed LeanMeds that I was traveling. Nevertheless, the company insisted on sending medication to my husband despite knowing my circumstances and travel schedule. LeanMeds had been provided with this information in advance. I am leaving for Italy on September 16, 2026, and will subsequently be in Hawaii for the remainder of the winter.
The $1,045 refund was issued only after I repeatedly demanded that the matter be corrected and informed LeanMeds that I was disputing the charge with American Express. The fact that LeanMeds eventually refunded $1,045 confirms that the company recognized that the transaction required correction. However, $95.00 remains improperly withheld.

I respectfully request that American Express reopen or supplement the dispute as necessary and credit the remaining $95.00 to my account by charging that amount back to LeanMeds.
I will be uploading supporting documentation tomorrow, including the communications demonstrating the cancellation, shipping, tracking, refund, and other relevant circumstances.
Thank you for your assistance and for reviewing the supporting evidence. I would appreciate confirmation that the additional $95.00 dispute has been opened and is being investigated.

This company is horrible. Went through process and try setting up my tele health virtual visit and 1st available was 3 weeks out so I told them to cancel but I'm not able to get refund my $109. Don't use them because don't tell up front.

I never received confirmation of the order I placed. I have not heard from anyone regarding the order. Cannot reach anyone. Number on website is fake. Disputed with my financial institution. Lost the first dispute. Currently in dispute 2. Filed complaint with BBB. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. SCAM!

Terrible customer service. They have not given me any update since 11 days ago but have taken my money. I was told I could not cancel, I would have to wait. When you call be prepared for sarcasm, confrontation and going around in circles to arrive nowhere. Avoid! I wish I had done my research first, I greatly regret going with this company.

Everyone has been knowledgeable and efficient and quick to answer questions.
