5. They NEVER respond to ANY support emails.

Be very careful. When they are trying to get you to order, they respond immediately by text, which is the way they approached you. The moment you order two things happen. You get a stupid ai assistant when you call. And they tell you that the order volume is high, and they're probably going to be late with your order.
But here is the bad part.
I must have confirmed with them five or six times that I was making a month by month order. And that they had no right to charge me for anything other than this order that I was placing. They confirmed my order on the portal, and there it was in black and white.. . They will charge me again on October the twelfth.
This company us a "sell you and then run" company. AVOID.

I called them an hour ago. They have a useless artificial intelligence assistant. I waited eighteen minutes for somebody to pick up and then cut off. I have written to patients two or three times and each time I get this wonderfully polite answer saying that somebody will get back to me. Nobody does.

I finally got a reply at five twenty five p m on Saturday, the twelfth of September. I have been on a dose of twelve point five milligrams for the past four times. The doctor without reference to me or holding any consultation with me. Reduced it to eleven point 1254 the next order. I have canceled it and wish to go to a different supplier.

YOU SIMPLY CANNOT TRUST NEXT MEDS.

The five star reviews were invited reviewers. They are not real reviews..Check out NextMed.com at the FTC.GOV. They are using the same tactics that they already got in trouble for before they added the S on meds.

For all the real users and this would be all the people with one star reviews hopefully you come back and see this into new reviewers. Please make sure that you take screenshots of everything. Please make sure you send an email to the company saying that you want your cancelation or your refund and make sure you screenshot the fact that they are not setting appointments that they are lying. Make sure that you use this information to get the refund through your company which you’re gonna have to but more importantly to report this to the FTC. In 2025 they had an FTC settlement for $150,000 for the exact same thing that they’re doing now. The more people that report this the faster they’ll investigate it in the faster. This company will go out of business. They are lying to you and everybody that leaves reviews needs to make sure that in a very professional manner even if you have to have ChatGPT write it up for you post on your social media the circumstances so people can see what’s going on and do not sign up for that anymore. They would’ve come out better canceling my stuff 10 minutes after they took money out of my account that I did not approve. Talked to one customer service rep, and according to her, I couldn’t even cancel my plan until a day after my next payment in October. They took money out of my account and I literally didn’t have a doctors appointment. I didn’t have no medicine prescribed. Nothing at all. Because it said they weren’t supposed to remove the money unless I was proof for the medication. Because I hadn’t seen a physician they don’t know that I was going to be approved for the medication. And they took the money first. This is terrible practice. Accompany that is real and legit it does cost about $30 more. It’s 115 a month. Is Mondae, take your business to them. I will be going back to them. And that is what I will pay for the rest of my existence. The medicine works the shipping happens in two days and you have your doctors appointment within an hour of signing up on their website and they do not take your money until you’ve had your doctors appointment and actually been approved for the medication. Like this website Boasted!!! please I beg you file your complaints with the FTC, file them with the Better Business Bureau, you need to file with your Attorney General for your state, make sure you do screenshot screenshots, all of these steps will make it so they will not be able to operate their business. And it’s plausible we could even get a class action lawsuit against them and I have seriously considered that been looking into it.

No help no communication charged me over $200 advertised price and I’m an honest teacher

They take your money before the consult and won’t refund. Then they don’t send product. You get the runaround from the “customer care” team, asking for info, claiming they didn’t get it, promising to escalate, etc. Just horrible scammers.

Dr Bruce was good but I accidentally sign up for NAD something I do not know about that and I don’t need it still $ 129 charged and immediately I tried to call and refund money but they said that your policy is that you don’t refund!! This is not good policy!

Don’t do it! No dr consult available for weeks AFTER you have paid. Poor communication from “customer care “ where one hand isn’t talking to the right. They lie and try to stand behind some fine print.Take your money and send nothing. I’ve filed a complaint with the FTC and disputed the charge. Horrible business and u wish I had read reviews first.

I am 100% convinced any positive review on this company is fake.

I prepaid NextMeds for a 12-week tirzepatide treatment cycle. Their own patient portal states that medication will arrive every 4 weeks for a total of 3 shipments per cycle and that a refill intake only needs to be completed once every 12 weeks.

I received the first shipment. That was it.

The packaging from the pharmacy even states “Refill After 09/04/2026.” Despite that, my second shipment was never processed. I received no shipping notification, no tracking information, and there is still nothing in my portal showing that another shipment is on the way.

When I contacted customer service, the first representative hung up on me. The second told me I needed to complete another intake form, despite their own portal saying the opposite. I completed it anyway because I needed the medication I had already paid for. She then told me she would escalate the issue and that I would hear from a provider within 24 hours. That never happened.

I ultimately emailed NextMeds telling them to cancel my account and refund me for the two prepaid shipments I never received. I have now sent multiple cancellation notices. My account is still active and still shows another charge scheduled for October. There isn’t even an option in the patient portal to cancel it myself.

At this point I have explicitly instructed them not to ship anything further, because they cannot simply send medication substantially late after I have canceled and disputed the undelivered portion of the service.

This isn’t about being unhappy with the medication. NextMeds simply did not provide 2 of the 3 prepaid shipments according to the schedule displayed in their own portal, and they have failed to cancel my account after being instructed to do so.

I would not recommend this company. What a scam

Overall it’s has been a nice experience with Nextmeds.

My experience has been disappointing. At first, communication was fast and they were responsive. Prior to purchasing a 12-week supply of meds I confirmed that they had the dose I was currently taking. During the call with the NP she confirmed my dose and said meds would ship in a few days. I received my meds I noticed the dose was much less than I currently take and not what the NP instructed on the call. When I reached out to customer service I was told a manager would need to review the consult call and get back to me. Every day for a week now they’ve been saying someone will get back to me in 24 hours. Now that I want to cancel and request a refund for them misleading me and giving me incorrect doses of meds they won’t reply to emails. I understand if someone was unhappy with their results after thing the meds, they couldn’t get a refund. But I was given wrong information on my consult call, incorrect dose of meds, and at this point I don’t even trust they will mail out my other 8 weeks of meds. I wish these companies were regulated better so consumers wouldn't have go through this!

ABSOLUTE SCAM!! Under an FTC investigation and total crap. Will tell you packages have shipped when there is nothing to prove they have. Never get delivered and just try dragging you along until you completely give up. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!

Really sketchy and unprofessional. They had a number of filings from the FDA as NextMed and just reopened as NextMeds.

I called and wrote to cancel a day after, and the would not refund. Too late as medication was underway.

My medication arrived a week later, with several delay notices and came from a completely different company. No mention of NextMeds at all. Just a package from random lab in Texas. The dose 40mg instead of 2mg and the units prescribed was 50! 50! I used to inject 15 units max. Called and no one had an answer and no one called back. That is just dangerous. I threw it out.

I called my credit card company and explained the situation and they were able to give me a refund. If you get caught in the same situation, Take screen shots of all communication and information and explain the situation to your bank, lender, or card company.
