Divan base delivered on 24/03/2026. Base of very, very poor quality. Bottom material torn, castor fixing detached and clips to hold the base together are not fit for purpose. Email sent regarding the above issues, no reply. I have also tried to contact via phone unsuccessfully. Please do not purchase anything from this company. Absolute scammers. I plan on contacting consumer advice for action against this company.

I’m very happy with the divan. The drivers took it upstairs into the room. I have made the bed and it has given the bedroom a new look.

I have mixed feelings about this one. Bed was dispatched instantly and delivered 3 days from ordering so big plus on this side. Delivery guys were very efficient and helpful carrying bed all the way up to second floor and left it in the room of my choice, big thanks for that. Bed itself looks beautiful, but on minus side tweed fabric seems very thin for upholstery. The connectors provided for connecting base are useless, too loose and would not attach correctly, no way they would hold anything and I had to use own connector to screw it up together. Screws and washers to attach headboard completely useless. Provided screws were way to small for premade holes they were meant to fit in and one of the holes had nothing to screw it in inside, just loose drilled hole without the nut. Plastic washers for headboard are just a joke, twisted when used turned to rubish. Again had to improvise and get own screws and washers to make it all work. I have doubts about drawer, it needs adjusting every time when pulled out, to fit back in. We'll see how it works in long run. Overly delivery service was great although would be helpful to have a choice of delivery date. It is very good looking bed but quality definitely matched low price.

Great quality bed and headboard, delivery was great and kept me informed of there arrival.

Bed itself poor quality, comparing it to my other single divan bed. Drawers flimsy and difficult to open and close so I probably won’t use them. Fabric is thin.
Delivery problematic, no delivery date choice, bed head was missing, delivery men throwing other peoples packages around to look for our order with no care.
This bed was one of the cheaper ones I found but I’d expected it to be better.

Reserved bed yesterday good quality

Our divan had one drawer damaged, but Next Divan were able to replace it the following week. The King headboard was damaged but this was replaced the following week. The mattress is very good and very deep. You need extra deep fitted sheets and mattress protector for this type. It’s comfortable, but the manufacturing materials, or process left a very unpleasant odour on the mattress, which has still not completely disappeared. However, we are managing to sleep inspite of it. I was not happy with the delivery team. However my understanding is that they were outsourced.

Ordered a new bed base online. Was emailed within days with a delivery date. The bed base was delivered on time by two polite young men. A good service from this company.

Really happy with the reasonable price, overall quality, colour and look of the bed. The headboard is really big and sturdy. Great delivery. I’ve dropped a star just for the slightly flimsy quality of the drawers. They’re only fit for storing lightweight items, which is fine with me, just something for others to be aware of. Overall, I would recommend this bed.

Great service

Not great. Bed came broken and cracked. I’ve been offered a £25 refund when we spent over £500 🤣🤣 they did offer to replace but our bed is set up and extremely heavy. Delivery people basically threw the bed into our kitchen with no care at all. Spend a little extra and go with a more well known company

Tried and tried to ring you never answered
returned my calls . Your delivery men must have dropped off the divan or was never there in the first place a bag of feet ,bed clip and headboard fitting. This made our experience and satisfaction far less than hoped as was desperately wanting to sleep in our bed we only have one clip to hold base's together not sufficient, also fitting the headboard isn't secure. Had to go and purchase feet ,on the day as we really needed a bed.

I have sent numerous emails and tried to call so many times. They have sent me the wrong colour headboard. No one seems to be coming back to me and then when I ring them it’s the delivery company who keep saying it’s nothing to do with them !!!!

I needed a single divan bed and next divan had the one I liked. The price was reasonable and included delivery. The bed was packed well and delivered to my apartment. I tracked the delivery and received a phone call from the delivery driver when they were 5 minutes out.

I am still waiting for the samples l requested !
