Hi Todd,
We are sorry to hear that your package was stolen, as you mentioned in your email. The order was shipped through USPS, so we recommend reporting mail theft to your local authorities.
Unfortunately, our policy does not cover losses for packages once they have been confirmed as delivered by USPS, but we're willing to offer you a nice deal for the replacement order if you cannot retrieve the original one.
Thank you for your understanding about this and please reply to our email.

I had ordered AKEBONO front breaks for my 2019 Chevy Silverado product is great except after resetting gauges break % will not reset. The AC Delco Rotors are fantastic I ordered.problem ordering paid in full only received breaks I Had to contact them to ship rotors

Thank you for the feedback! We’re glad the Akebono brakes and AC Delco rotors are working well for you. We also apologize for the delay in getting those rotors shipped out initially.
Regarding the brake % reset issue, this often happens if the brake wear sensors weren't replaced or aren't fully seated. Since the sensors are single-use once triggered, the system usually won't reset until a new sensor is detected.
We appreciate your patience and your business!

It was by far the best price I could find. The item arrived promptly. The only slight negative was the shipping cost which ate up much of the price savings. Still cheaper overall.

Hello John,
I’d like to clarify that you ordered a remanufactured unit, as disclosed on the product page. Because these parts are professionally rebuilt from the original cores, they occasionally do not have the same labels or stickers as a brand-new item. Please be assured that the internal components are genuine and meet all quality standards.
The price reflects the high quality of this specific rebuild compared to generic alternatives. As this is a remanufactured part, returning the core and the original box is a standard requirement for your core refund.
As previously discussed, we have accepted your request for a core charge return and issued a refund swiftly upon delivery.
If you have further questions, please reach out via chat or email.

Cheap, genuine parts
Genuine Motorcraft part, cheapest I could find. Quick shipping. I would say more but what else is there to say? Legit company. Low price, at least on the 2006 explorer fan resistor I ordered(much lower, about 40% lower than the next lowest price). I'm well satisfied.
