Love my Aqua card , very happy with the balance & money transfer offers & fees which I have now taken advantage of a few times. Receive regular credit limit increases for making regular payments & keeping me account in order. App very easy to use , would definitely recommend. Thank you.

Really pleased with Aqua...It was one of a few credit cards I took out to help get my credit score back up. And Aqua has been one of the best . Not only offering me a decent amount to start off with, but also offered me a good leap of increased credit limit once I had been with them and been paying off every month and also paying extra when I could. And they have offered me a decent increase,I think the first was £1,000 and the most recent was £2,000 increase. So really pleased with them and there leaning ability along with helping improve your credit score. Where Oceon and post office I've had nearly two years now and they have been awful, still only £250.00 with Ocean and post office started at £250.00 and have only put it up once and only to £450.00 🤔🫣 doesnt make sense as my credit score is really good and been in the excellent range too for awhile . So I definitely recommend Aqua credit card and Vanqis have been really good also .

I was recently scammed and part of the money spent was using my aqua credit card .. I also used my current account debit card and a MBNA credit card .. after many hours on the phone lloyds returned my money too me even the debit card amount and after speaking with the aqua fraud team who said we see this everyday it’s a very common type of scam please don’t be upset as I was quite emotional I had let it happen the lady told me not too worry they see it every day and she can almost guarantee me the money would be returned too me .. I got a text five days later telling me I made the payments how’s my bad luck and you won’t get any of your money back…and then closed the case so I couldn’t even argue my side !! Disgusting and as soon as I can pay the card off I will be putting it in the bin and never using them again .. disgusting service

Customers service not that great - was trasnfered to the wrong department 4 times in succession. Also whoever coded there offer page should be shot as the calculations for transfers are totally inaccurate and have not been resolved despite raising this 5 times now over the last 18 months

I have never had a problem with Aqua, and when I have needed customer service it has been excellent!
The app is easy to use and helps knowing I can check the balance and purchases at any time

I tried to contact to speak about an issue with their new Argos pay- 30 mins on phone - with send around in circles with their answering system unable to speak to someone- chat similar experience hanging on and no agent - extremely poor experience for someone new to this company- already missing the easy of the Argos system.

Sorry to say that I will be reporting both Newday & Argos to the Financial Conduct Authority for the manner at which they transferred the Argos accounts. I specifically took out 12 month plans because I had the ability to pay chucks off those plans whenever I felt like it in a manner that avoided all interest. Since Argos sold their credit arm to Newday Newday have removed this ability & broken the terms that I entered in to.
It is disgraceful behaviour by both Argos & Newday.
The original credit agreements with Argos needs to be honoured, as does the ability to pay them off as & when chosen within the length of time entered in to.
Absolutely shocking & there is no excuse for it other than a money grab.

I'm a new customer but everything is looking good, I've taken advantage of the current 0% promotion on balance transfers, and hopefully enhance my credit status, and progress with Marble in the future. The customer advisors are amongst the best I've come across in my considerable experience! Namedrop: 'Miah' and 'David' 👍

Very good and helpful staff there with genuine payment holidays for who needs it the most and want to pay off balance with some interest. The interest rate is too high though. Credit Limit is high. I would have IG Trading (officially) as not a gambling and stock brokerage and should be a purchase please but that is at NewDays discretion. Application, payment and service has been outstanding. Thank you

Why on earth Argos have left us with this company is beyond me. I have three payment plans at present which until this week I have managed very well, I like to pay, usually weekly to whichever plan I choose to. I’ve always paid my BNPL plans early to avoid paying interest. I can’t do this now as NewDay have removed this facility. It’s not a big deal but I liked the old Argos app and the way I paid plans. The live chat is also crap! I hate this company already. I’m going to pay my balance off as quickly as possible and close my account, it’s a shame really because my first port of call for expensive electricals has always been Argos but not anymore and I’ve been an Argos customer for a lot of years.

after installing the new argos pay app im bombarded with text messages and mail to my private adress, bearing in mind i have not registered on this app or provided it with any personal details, still awaiting reply to the 2 emails sent to newday as to how they can presume to, know my emails and phone number,Exactly what information is this app extracting from my phone without consent,eh no il be calling nobody you seem already to have my email without consent so i suggest you use it to explain how an app that i have never given any personal details knows my number and personal email and in fact has communicated it to your company
