Disappointed I ordered 20 roses received only 10 roses looked so dull yet in pic online, it was beautiful cerise pink. This was for 70th bday wanted it to be special. I would like to see the credit on my account. I used Netflorist before & was fully satisfied but not this time.

Process was swift , however i did speak to an agent for a later delivery - that instruction was not adhered too.
Nevertheless , the quality is very good.
