The item that was ordered was not what was delivered, i am very disappointed to say the least with this and highly unsatisfied with the corporate sales assistants in that division - Net Florist. I expect a full refund and someone to contact me in this regard. The consultant responsible for the order is Fiona Shin, escalate this to her senior please.

Got old flower nearly dying and not in any condition and not worth giving someone

Delivery was done the same day, just a few hours after I placed the order. The friend it was delivered to said the driver was really very friendly, asked if it was her birthday(there was a birthday balloon) and he wished her happy birthday, she said he was really very sweet and super exited when he heard it was her birthday.

Delivery late,wife only received bouquet next morning when she arrived at work

Ordering, keeping me informed and promised delivery was great, but that is where it stopped.
The flowers were loaded in the RAM truck at 08h30, and was only delivered 19h00. By that time the flowers were wilted, some of the roses and the lilies were broken due to the way the courier handled it, all in all bad experience.

It was amazing flowers was fresh I ordered 3 days in a row because my partner was impressed

My experience about NetFlorist is that they sell good products, and give guidance when needed.
The only thing that can improve is that delivery can be earlier. It make someone's day a little more exciting.
