My delivery was made a day before the agreed date and the surprise was spoiled because the person was off. I'm very disappointed

I am extremely disappointed by the shocking service I have received from NetFlorist.

I initially attempted to place a get-well-soon gift for delivery in Hilton, Pietermaritzburg. After spending hours on the website, I was forced to select a later delivery date because many items were unavailable for the area. Even after adjusting my order, the delivery ultimately failed.

Despite following up multiple times on the scheduled delivery day, I was repeatedly assured that the order was “out for delivery.” It never arrived. To make matters worse, I was not informed of the failed delivery until the following morning - and only after I had logged several complaints.

I was then assured that the matter would be treated as a priority since the delivery was already a day late. However, I am now at the end of the second day, and the order still has not been delivered.

I have called, WhatsApped, emailed, and used the online chat service. Each time, I am told that delivery times cannot be guaranteed as they are managed by a third party. Communication then stops entirely, leaving me without answers or resolution.

This level of service is unacceptable. The lack of transparency, accountability, and customer care is deeply disappointing. I would not recommend NetFlorist to anyone - especially when reliability is essential for important occasions.

The shopping was so amazing and very easy. Good value for money. The online shopping is very professional and delivery was on the exact date. Would recommend it to anyone any time

Ordering online was seemless and so easy variety of decent cute goodies was available with a click of a button in general 10/10 however don't think there should be a time limit to the vouchers that gets made available because in my case searched and purchased couple days later and the voucher expired because of me not able 2 make up my mind.

Disappointed I ordered 20 roses received only 10 roses looked so dull yet in pic online, it was beautiful cerise pink. This was for 70th bday wanted it to be special. I would like to see the credit on my account. I used Netflorist before & was fully satisfied but not this time.
