I ordered a mug, notebook and birthday hamper

I am a first time Netflorist user and i ordered a mug, notebook as well as a birthday teddy bear hamper. I got more than what i expected with so much details and my order was nicely wrapped as well as presantable. The delievery was as estimated and on time.

Definitely ordering more soon

Holy Cross Teddy with personalised words

I ordered the baptism teddy and messaged on WhatsApp as well. Some of the wording isn't properly printed in and loose. It's a gift for my godson and Sunday, and I'm disappointed in the quality of the printing. I was told I can take something else and pay in the difference, but why must I pay more money for quality control that wasn't properly done!

Changes to delivery date without communication

When the order was confirmed, both items were set to deliver on April 8th (my mothers birthday).. she sent a picture and it only showed flowers in a mug, a small side gesture to add with the main gift which was the cake. When I logged onto the site I saw the delivery date for the cake had changed to 10th of April. I was not informed of this or asked if this was appropriate. I would’ve rather then delayed the small flower gift as well so very underwhelming for a birthday gesture. Better communication would be appreciated

Graduation Suprise

The delivery of my daughters suprise was awesome she was so excited when she recieved it. I trust NetFlorist so much i always use it to suprise my family even when im abroad it always delivers thank you.
Keep up the good work and so reliable not forgetting beautiful packaging.

Wrong delivery and no update

Ordered a gift for a friend's birthday yesterday which needed to be delivered same day.
The wrong gift was delivered. I was contacted by Netflorist and they advised me that the wrong gift would be collected and the correct gift delivered today. My friend just advised me that the wrong gift was collected but her gift was not delivered. This is shocking service from a supposedly trusted supplier. Not even an update or call from Netflorist today.

Highly recommended

Such a beautiful and thoughtfully put-together gift! The “Welcome Baby Girl Unicorn Gift Box” is absolutely adorable — the soft unicorn plush is incredibly cute and feels high quality, and the pink heart balloons add the perfect celebratory touch. The striped box with the floral arrangement gives it a premium, elegant look, making it ideal for a baby shower or welcoming a newborn.

What I really love is how it feels like a complete, ready-to-gift package — no extra wrapping needed. It’s eye-catching, feminine without being over-the-top, and makes a lovely keepsake for new parents.

Highly recommended if you’re looking for something unique, charming, and memorable! 💕🦄

Disappointed

My delivery was made a day before the agreed date and the surprise was spoiled because the person was off. I'm very disappointed

Shocking Service and Failed Delivery – Extremely Disappointed

I am extremely disappointed by the shocking service I have received from NetFlorist.

I initially attempted to place a get-well-soon gift for delivery in Hilton, Pietermaritzburg. After spending hours on the website, I was forced to select a later delivery date because many items were unavailable for the area. Even after adjusting my order, the delivery ultimately failed.

Despite following up multiple times on the scheduled delivery day, I was repeatedly assured that the order was “out for delivery.” It never arrived. To make matters worse, I was not informed of the failed delivery until the following morning - and only after I had logged several complaints.

I was then assured that the matter would be treated as a priority since the delivery was already a day late. However, I am now at the end of the second day, and the order still has not been delivered.

I have called, WhatsApped, emailed, and used the online chat service. Each time, I am told that delivery times cannot be guaranteed as they are managed by a third party. Communication then stops entirely, leaving me without answers or resolution.

This level of service is unacceptable. The lack of transparency, accountability, and customer care is deeply disappointing. I would not recommend NetFlorist to anyone - especially when reliability is essential for important occasions.
