Avoid!!
Bought a necklace here and it started falling apart within 30 mins of wear. Went back and the owner refused to do anything about it. Absolutely terrible service! The salesperson called the necklace “a piece of string” to him! After sale service was disgusting.

Thank you for your feedback and we are truly sorry to hear about the experience you had. This is not the standard we hold ourselves to at Nashad Jewellers and we want to assure you that this matter was taken extremely seriously.
We can confirm that relevant action was taken following this visit. The matter was addressed internally, repairs were made and steps were put in place to ensure this level of service is never repeated. The language used by any member of our team towards a customer or their purchase is completely unacceptable and does not reflect our values in any way.
We sincerely apologise for how this made you feel and we hope that one day you will give us the opportunity to show you the level of care and service you deserve. ✨
Warm regards,
Nashad Jewellers
