Our homes new favorite diaper
I recently tried Pura through Amazon on my 6 week old after much frustration with leaky diapers and consistent diaper rash. This is how our go-to diaper!
I love the soft feel of the diaper and so does my baby. We no longer deal with the leaking or diaper rash once switching over! I also love the plant conscious initiatives. Since we were just trying it out, we got the smaller sized packs which are wrapped with paper and I was very impressed by that!
One may think buying a brand name diaper with so many good things would cost a fortune but I was happy with the price I paid for the quality of the product!

Excellent nappies
Nappies are great - kind on the skin and never leak. They have definitely won me over and I will be purchasing mypura from now on. The Subscription system on the website however is a little confusing - it tells me I have no previous orders after having ordered my first batch.

Unpredictable
Beautifully soft. Sorry to say, leaked after an hour or so, twice, so for the moment, only using them in the house during the daytime, wouldn't risk overnight, attending nursery or going out and about

When leaks do occur, this is usually due to the size not quite being suited to your little one. Normally sizing up can quickly resolve any issues with leaking.

Worst nappies

The wipes are very good, they do what they are meant to do BUT
Can someone tell me which idiot decided to put on the back of the packet - use one at a time!?
No matter how hard I try, the sheets will NOT come out one at a time and it’s infuriating as hell.

I was looking for a more affordable…
I was looking for a more affordable nappy option that would be gentle on my baby’s skin. This one ticked both aspects, unfortunately the absorbing strength is very low and gets bulky quickly, they have a very weird waste shape (very loose so I need to tighten them at maximum, which can increase the belly discomfort, when bulging from the wee) and ended up using double for this reason…will have to find others…
Later edit: I decided to continue with Pura after kindly being advised by their customer support to try one size up since it might be a bit too small for my baby. Tom is a superstar, he even offered a complimentary pack for us to try. Now happy we found the right size and that we can use Pura further.

The best nappies and the best customer service!
Started using Pura after baby was a couple of weeks old and started getting really bad nappy rash. Love these nappies such amazing quality and so soft. Barely ever get any leaks, rarely a sign of nappy rash either. I reached out to the company after I purchased some old revision of these nappies in a supermarket and they were more then helpful to exchange these for me after experiencing some leaking with the older revision. Super friendly member of staff I spoke to via email Amazing customer service. 10/10 would recommend the company and nappies to everyone.

I'm really sorry that you're finding our free trial pack of wipes to be too small. These are intended to be a trial/sample pack where you can try 20 of our eco-awesome wipes for just 99p postage. These are a separate product to our standard 60 pack cases of wipes.
I'm happy to say that our non-trial pack wipes come in large packs of 60, with the option for 12 of 18 packs per case. These also come with completely free next day delivery and the option to subscribe and save.

Excellent quality
Excellent quality, soft touch like fabric, holds wetness well for hours. Baby's bottom is smooth, no signs of rash. Using this nappies for over a month already used to buy the packs online but the subscription is much cheaper.

Subscription Customer
I ordered the trial pack online, had an issue which Tom responded to efficiently. With the great customer service I decided the subscription was for me and have now received my first batch of nappies. The nappies themselves are great, no leaks or nappy rash.
Update: I had a subscription issue with the order being processed earlier. They responded but feel like this was an error in that I never selected that time frame. I was also just notified of an increase so not as happy. Leaving 5 stars for now as nappies still seem good.

On the expensive side but well worth it…
On the expensive side but well worth it because of the quality. The cotton material is so soft to touch and very comfy for my baby in comparison to Pampers and other brands I've tried. It's also great peace of mind to know there are no plastics in the nappies.
