Great nappies
Great nappies. Got a trial pack as I was looking for nappies that were sustainable and non-toxic. Was pleasantly surprised that they also fit very well and are leak-proof. Subscription is easy and comes in paper packaging. Expensive but worth it.

The best nappies for sensitive skin
Great nappies. I wish we had found Pura sooner. Our first child constantly had nappy rash, some nappies made it worse than others- the worst were the ones with more chemicals in and we finally found Pura nappies, a little too late, but with our new baby we knew straight away what we were doing as we'd trialed every nappy brand going with our previous. My youngest is now 1 and has never had nappy rash, not once. I honestly put that down to the nappies themselves.
Customer Services are also fab!

Soft and really clean!
I don't use these personally but get them for my son-in-law who has had an operation. He rates them very highly and always uses them. He does a lot of travelling so they go all over the globe!!

Customer Service is excellent however the product has dropped in quality
For 1 year we have only used Pura nappies and had a great experience, no leaking, no nappy rash, nothing of the sort. However since they have changed their design, we had leaking because we didn’t realise the nappies came up smaller so had to go up a size (this was handled really well by the company & they sent us the nect size up no problems)! However what I’m really not happy about is the new elastic panel on the back of the nappy, which is glued on, loosens which movement & friction (my baby is now 1 and so is very much on the move!) which means the glue is revealed & sticks to her upper bottom/lower back & leaves a red mark. I feel I now need to find a new provider for the remainder of time she’s in nappies because of this, which is such a shame but they are not what they used to be!

However we're really sorry that your little one is experiencing irritation from the stretchy waistband at the back of our new nappy design. We added this along with our new blowout blocker to help improve fit and protection against leaks however we're sorry again you're not having a good experience with this.
We want to reassure that as we have just launched our new nappies, we are taking this feedback on board to make any changes need to our products.

Using the term 'holy poops' in emails…
Using the term 'holy poops' in emails is completely unacceptable to the Christian consumers
Nappies are soft but size 3s leak poop every time and pee occasionally
Due to that email and the leaking I will no longer purchase these nappies ever again
