Worst experience I have had in a long…

Worst experience I have had in a long time. I noticed a robot replies to these messages on here but there is nothing on their site, non existent customer service.
Luckily I used Paypal and received a full refund today, otherwise I doubt I would see my money again.
Warning bells rang when I was taken through checkout another identical but cheaper order was taken without my knowledge!! This was refunded via Paypal because I called Paypal. The company just does not respond.

In response to their reply: I didn't purchase pants, it was shoes!! How bad is that

This company is absolutely the worst…

This company is absolutely the worst company ever. I received an email 12 weeks later from an order that I placed in June. I never received the order and o want my money back. They only responded with an email saying no that they can’t do that. I intend to report them to EVERY law enforcement agency and better business bureau, and customer rights agencies. Everyone of us should not have to go through this. I wish I had checked the reviews first. I am so hurt by this company $147 approximately take. From me. All because I trusted that they were legitimate. They are a fraud because who takes 12 weeks to deliver a product so they say by alleged delivery tracking numbers but you get no product and they won’t refund my money either. I pray that they are made to legally pay for the damages they are scamming consumers for. I am also reporting them to the Attorney General Office and rhw FBI! I am beyond through!!!

I ordered 4 pairs of cozi slides over 4 weeks ago all I have recieved is an email to say that I made the payment it came out of my bank straight away and I haven't received the sliders I have emailed them numerous times and recived nothing back would not order from this company again and would recommend that nobody else did they're obviously scamming people out of money and they still persist in sending emails encouraging you to buy more items from them

I have already contacted you at the email address you provided in this lengthy reply before you replied to my review! You obviously haven’t even seen it yet! If you were as organised as writing these copy and paste Trustpilot replies we might all be getting our dispatch emails and orders on time! It’s clear that Christine is someone made up or who only works for the company to answer these reviews, hence why my email hasn’t even had a reply yet! I will be claiming a chargeback from my bank because I have no trust in this company’s capability to dispatch my order let alone send me a dispatch email!

I placed an order for a pair of Cozi Slides a week ago, the money has left my bank account and I have not yet even received a dispatch email. I have sent several messages about this with no reply.

If I don’t receive my order by this weekend I will be claiming a chargeback from my bank.

I wish I had read these reviews before buying these sliders, I would never have placed the order if I had. Its clear they are incapable of fulfilling all their orders, so why allow people to buy via your website?!

Poor Customer Service

I ordered two bras that did not fit and I contacted Nuve to exchange. They advised that I could keep the original order and they would send out the right size. That was on June 24th and now nothing. Very poor customer service...steer clear of this company.

Terrible Customer Service

Terrible Customer Service - do not buy from here!
I ordered 4 pairs of sliders for my family in mid June. Delivery was 10-14 days. After no delivery email or order received after 14 days, I contacted them and was told they were experiencing high demand on orders but to expect the order in the following week.
Status of my order online changed to ‘warehouse handling’ so I was optimistic things were moving forward.
4 weeks on, still no order or email with tracking details. Contacted the customer service again today and they said they can’t process a refund until they know the status of the delivery. Smells of scam all over.
Please do take the advice of all the other ppl reporting here and buy from a local shop rather than cosysliders.com.
If shipping is so much of a problem, why accept so many orders from honest paying customers? Work within your means! Only reason I see you wouldn’t is if you’re happy scamming ppl out of money?

Cozislides poor customer service I’ve now received a reply from cozi slides

I’ve ordered 3 products from cozislides and 2 of them are slightly too big and the other I chose the wrong colour. I want to return them and have got no help or response from the customer service team. I’ve emailed twice and got no response and now have limited time to return them can someone help, thank you.

It seems that you have been trying to get in touch with a Customer Support agent, and so far, you still haven't received a response. That must have been a frustrating experience for you, and we offer our sincerest apologies for that!

We don't want you to feel that you paid for a product that you cannot wear comfortably, so we would love to send you two better-fitting sandals at absolutely no additional cost for you. You do not have to return the pairs you already received.

However, as for the remaining pair for which you do not like the color, unfortunately, we are unable to send a free replacement in another color. What we can do, however, is issue a full refund for them if you decide to return them to us at your own cost.

I spoke with a 'Lacy Bra' rep who…

I spoke with a 'Lacy Bra' rep who highly recommended the bra. I ordered 3, but only 1 fit, and I rarely wear that because it hikes up my tummy and is constantly shifting. The Lacy Bra is made to add (padded) lifters, but doesn't come with them. How is it that 3 bras of the same size fit so differently?
Shipping time was great, but what does that matter when money is wasted?
So disappointed. As if bra shopping isn't difficult enough, there are no guarantees for online shopping either.

My sneakers look great but they are three sizes too small.
This company need to include return labels ; they make it very difficult to get your money back.
