Huge Disappointment - False Advertisement

I ordered two pairs, they took a long time to shipped, over 4 weeks. After we got them, it was a terrible disappointment. Bad quality, not soft at all!!! Hard to walk safely because it is wobbly, feels like anyone can have an accident by injuring the ankle with a bad twist. I would not recommend these sneakers to anyone, don't waste your money. Their advertisement as being great sneakers qualifies for "False Advertisement."

Hypersoft Sneakers are ALL HYPE. Crooked company, crooked shoes!

I ordered the Hypersoft Sneakers which were touted as hyper-comfy for aching feet.
CAVEAT EMPTOR. Read the Terms and Conditions! I totally missed that this is a company in Switzerland that sends orders to a factory in CHINA which then ships to a US location and then to the buyer. It takes at least two weeks (not a problem, it did arrive on day 15) but if there is a problem, the home company DIV Group is not responsible.
Nor are they responsible if what you get doesn't fit the description.
Nor are they responsible if you decide you don't want it...send it back to the 'local' address they provide at your own expense (cost me $11.55) and IF they decide you didn't wear or remove tags or damage the product, they will issue you a refund.
In my case...the sneakers were visibly defective! The sole on one was crooked, so it had a mean out ward list....great way to roll an ankle. I didn't think I should have to pay to return it but they were not budging, referring (possibly by bot) to their Terms and Conditions.
I have started a chargeback request through PayPal and will surely get my $79.95 back but I will probably have to eat the $11.55.
BTW, the sneakers were cheap and poorly made.

RESPONSE TO COMPANY COMMENT:
My account was credited the $79.95…expedited because of PayPal intervention and my TrustPilot comments, and report to BBB, no doubt.
HOWEVER, despite the comment provided by the company rep, I have not been reimbursed for shipping. I will update this review when/if it arrives.
NEVERTHELESS, I stand by my evaluation of the poor quality control in the manufacturing process and feel that the explanation of the separation of design and manufacturing only supports it.
MOREOVER the Terms and Conditions protects the seller and provides no recourse for buyers.
As said initially: be aware.
UPDATE OCT 23. No reimbursement yet for shipping. I'm reaching out again to the rep that responded to this thread. I'll keep you posted.

As a general rule, our customers indeed have to shoulder the cost for return shipping. This is because we are only a small company. We already offer free worldwide shipping, so we cannot afford covering the shipping costs for returns as well.

However, we highly value customer satisfaction, so we also offer free exchanges and partial refunds in case our customers don't want to go through the trouble of returning their products back to us.

Regarding our policy for returns, since we will be issuing a full refund for the product when it is returned to us, we require our customers to return the product back to us in good and resellable condition.

However, for damaged items, we have a different exchange and refund procedure for that. This is because we believe that even though we implement strict quality control, due to the high volume of orders, we understand that there are some exceptions - and our customers do not have to pay the price for that.

Thieves sent me the wrong size and insisting size 9 is the same as 9/5. Refused me my full refund as advertised. We are still on the case 😒

As for the sizing issue, unfortunately, there is no official or universal conversion system out there that we could use to describe the available shoe sizes with total accuracy.

We have done a lot of research before coming up with our current size chart; however, we recognize that some of our customers are having trouble getting their correct size. We definitely understand what a nuisance that can be, and we are sorry for the inconvenience!

We are currently working on updating the information available on our website to make it easier for our customers to pick the best-fitting size for themselves.

As for your order, I can see here that a free exchange is no longer possible, as the size we sent you is already the biggest size we have. Ot seems that you have already received an email containing our return policy, where we explained that you can either keep the product and get a partial refund or return the product back to us and get a full refund.

They don’t even deserve one star

They don’t even deserve one star. I wish there was some way to get these reviews posted on their website to warn, people. Their products are cheap, ugly, don’t fit. Also they are out of china so items take forever to receive, and you can’t return even though they say you can. Ok so you can return paying 10.00 plus in postal charges. And they only want to give you 40% return of your item, they prefer to give you that in credit on another cheap product.

I bought a pair of these cozi men supposably massage, comfortable slippers they are anything but—they are not comfortable. They don’t massage your feet they charge you €29:99 for just two pieces of rubber I would not buy these. Anyway you can get them on Amazon for €14. What a rip-off

I bought "Hypersoft Sneakers" from "My Nuve". Bad move!

I bought "Hypersoft Sneakers" They took much longer to arrive than stated. I asked for a size 41. They were marked 41 but I could not get my feet into them. I can either put this down to experience or risk sending them to the Slovak republic (they may not arrive), or keep the too small sneakers and get back 40% of the order value. A nice little earner for someone. I have been overwhelmed with other offers from this company which seems to operate in the UK out of Ipswich, but they don't accept returns there.

There is no refund coming from this company!

Having returned the cozi slides using the Slovak Republic address sent by Mynuve/Cozi slides customer services, in an attempt to receive a refund, the package was returned to me, unopened from the Slovak Republic address, with REFUSED stamped on it!
I e mailed the following question:
Could you explain why my parcel containing the cozi slides has now been returned to me?
The address is cut and pasted from the form sent to me and your instructions followed. What is the purpose of this?
Below is their response:
We would like to take this opportunity to sincerely apologize to you for any inconvenience caused.
However, please note that we are not able to track your package using the tracking number you provided. We would kindly ask you to provide us with a valid tracking number or a receipt associated with the return so that we can see what is the location of your return and so that we can proceed accordingly.

Clearly a scam, the money I paid was pocketed by an account holder in Delaware USA, in July 2022 and I have since then, continually been asked for tracking/ proof of sending number and even when it has been sent the next e mail asks for it again!
Buyer beware!!

Scam! Do not buy here!

I ordered a pair of trousers that never got delivered. When I contacted them about it, they claimed the package got lost in transit. They then said they would sent me a new pair. When I contacted them again after two weeks, because I did not receive anything, they said they did not have the color in stock anymore. They offer all kind of discounts when placing a new order, when they did not even deliver my first order.

Scammers! Do not buy!

I ordered the arch soft sandal

I ordered the arch soft sandal. It took a long time to receive. I was able to track the order after going thru some hoops. The sandals are actually wonderful. They looked clunky on my feet so I cut the upper strap off so they look like Dr Scholls only much more comfy. I wear them all the time. I'm now ordered a pair for my neighbor.

bought a pair of slippers August 18. They did not send me any update on order status. Meanwhile, I received about 4, 5 spam emails from them every day. In about 2 weeks, I asked them for the status using the email (ABC) which I did not use to place order. They said they did not recognize ABC. Fair enough. I responded to them with the email which I used to place order. They came back with the same message that they did not recognize ABC. It was obvious they did not read my email. When the slippers arrived, it was of poor quality (very hard) and too big. I asked for return and refund. They offered for me to keep the slippers (which we do not want to use) and they would credit 40% of the cost, or we have to bear the cost of return shipping.

Do Not Order From This Company!

Oh my gosh just read the reviews here! Same has happened to me. The flip flops costed me £29.99 and they were being advertised on TV. This mynuve.com should be shut down. I am fuming they do this to people especially when times are tough! Disappointed and angry wish I came on Trust Pilot before ordering!

Just do not order from this company.

Just don't do it. The products are poorly made, and they will not cancel an order even if you contact them before you receive confirmation they are being shipped. It took 20 days to get 1 of the items in the order and 14 days for the other. Even though I canceled the order they said they could not stop shipment because it was in the hands of the delivery company. I took the 40% refund because I had to cover the cost of the return and frankly I did not trust them to be honest about receiving the items if I returned them. Just avoid ordering in the first place. Now I have two pairs of junk I can't wear and don't want that I paid 60% to keep.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I was excited to get the hyper soft sneakers.I got them within 2!weeks and everything went downhill. The sneakers were very uncomfortable and wrote for a refund. I got a response about return or 40% back. I chose to return them but no where could I find where to return them! I’m still waiting for a reply. This is such a scam. Do not buy from this company!!

Do not buy from this company!!!!!!

Do not buy from this company! They are a rip off! The web page says the delivery in 10 to 14 days I am over a month out and have not received my product. If they're having shipping difficulty over the last year as stated in a reply to an above review, they need to reflect that on their website and quit deceiving people. I have been emailing back and forth with them and the last email stated they would let me keep the product and pay only 40% and they would give me a refund for the balance. I replied that they have to be insane to think I would pay 40% on a product I've never received. Save your time money and frustration stay away! I've tried everything I know how to deal with these people so I am going now to PayPal and request a refund. If the product eventually arrives I will gladly return at a fair cost. I am not paying for it.

I understand that shopping with us has turned out to be quite disappointing. We have to admit that we have been underprepared for dealing with the ever-increasing volume of incoming orders. As a result, processing orders has been taking longer than usual for some models.

As a general rule, it takes about 10-15 days for an order to be delivered. That is the timeline that we usually provide our customers. However, despite our best efforts, exceptions can definitely occur. Our shipping partners have also had a hard time the past year.

The reason why we were not able to provide you with the tracking details you had requested was that we probably didn't have them. The shipping company responsible for delivering your package hadn't provided us with those details.

I definitely understand how frustrating this whole situation must be for you, especially since you mentioned that you haven't been able to get any information to find out what was going on with your order.

Stay away from this scam!

Both my mother and I have been trying to contact them via Facebook, website and several emails to exchange the size of the shoe she bought for my birthday, first we were told they couldn't do anything until we had received the item (which we have, that's how we know it needs to be a different size and it literally says on their tracking that we have it!), that was the only reply we ever got, after that all our emails and messages saying we have the item and need instructions to send it back we have been completely ignored!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BRAND, COMPLETE SCAM!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - WASTE OF MONEY

I ordered 2 pairs of cozislides footwear, which took ages to be delivered. My email to cancel the order was ignored. The footwear finally arrived but are awful, plastic-y and too small. I emailed about a return and eventually got a reply 10 days later. I am in the UK but had to return to Slovakia which cost me over £12; just checked the post tracking and it says that the company refused to accept the return and are sending it back to me. So now I am over £60 out of pocket. Dreadful service, product and company - please do not use. This company also sells through cozislides.com. Please save your money and go elsewhere. Like others have said, I wish I had checked Trustpilot first.

What you're describing sounds like a terrible experience: the Cozi Slides took ages to arrive, it did not meet your expectations, and trying to get your money back turned out to be a headache. Please allow us to apologize for all the trouble we have caused you!

Indeed, we have had quite a few issues with shipping over this past year. We are working on finding better solutions, and our delivery speed is improving.

Regarding the product itself, we understand that you were extremely disappointed by it. It's difficult to read negative opinions about your own product, but we take our customers' comments very seriously. It's your feedback that helps us understand what features the new, updated version of our Cozi Slides needs to have.
