Terrible company

Terrible company. I put 2 separate orders in for Baierskin hoodies on November 12th. Happily took my money. Several emails thanking me for purchasing while at the same time promoting another business. Since then, crickets. Although i get promotional mail once or twice a day! I have emailed 3 times always getting an automatic reply that it will be up to 48 hrs to hear back. And NEVER hearing back.

Trash Company, Watch out

I wouldn't give them a star!!! I ordered a BEARSKIN Hoody from them, they were happy to accept my money and to precess the purchase. They then told me the order is on it's way. Two months and 9 emails later finally got my hoody. Bombarded my email with deals, never aswered my emails RUDE!!! Then out of the blues I got an email my hoody is on its way??? So I leave up to you to make your mind about them. I honestly though I got fleeced.

They don’t provide tracking number. I’ve emailed several times about not receiving order. They don’t address complaints & take advantage of my emailed responses by inundating my inbox with promotional spam. $100 isn’t a lot of money, it’s the blatant false advertising of products they don’t deliver, poor quality, delivering items not ordered & mismatching sizes as per their 1 star rating reviews. They’re raking in the money while ripping off unsuspecting everyday people. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY, REPORT AND BLOCK

They took my money, no product, no response, arrived 6 weeks late

Beware of this fraud. I paid MyNuve for two products, I never received them and 4 weeks later, I cannot get anyone to respond to me--ever.

The details: I made two orders with MyNuve, each with one Baerskin Tactical Hoodies on Oct. 18th. I received confirmation emails from "Jenny @ MyNuve.com" on Oct 18th. The products are supposed to ship "within 10-14 business days". On Nov 15, I began emailing daily MyNuve and Baerskin asking for a status. I have never received a response. Now Nov 18, I sent emails requesting cancellation and refund. Next step is to report this fraud to my credit card. What a waste of my time.

UPDATE: I did eventually receive the products, about 6 weeks after the orders were placed.

Actually they should not get a star. I wished I read reviews first. I order shoes over 6 weeks ago. They finally said they are lost and will send me a free pair. That is funny since I paid for them. No customer support for returns

I wish I'd read the reviews before I ordered. I did receive the shoes, but they are not very comfortable, so I wanted to return them. There was no invoice included with the shipment and nothing that included the name of the company.
I had to search through my emails for the info. I found the website
& followed the instructions for returns, but after several days and follow up emails, have received no response. I would not recommend ordering anything from mynuve.com.

Not an honest merchant.

I ordered a pair of shoes from them in March of 2021 and never got them,neither did I get my money back,I don t think they have a customer service.
They had the NERVE to ask me to buy another pair...ugh! some people are shameless.

Please don't do business with this company. Shady to say the least!

I ordered 2 pair of their hypersoft shoes. Immediately I realized these would not work for me. I contacted the company through their email and they sent me a return label and instructions.I returned my order. The company received my return on Oct 17th,2022. I have sent over 20 emails asking about my refund. No response. I finally contacted my credit card company and started a dispute. Well finally I received an email today from Nuve stating my refund is being processed. This company should be shut down. Shame on them. Taking people's money is shameful!!!!! Save yourself time and money, steer clear of this company!!!!!

No customer service!

I ordered hypersoft shoes from MyNuve based on their advertising that they were super comfortable. When I finally received them, I wore them around the house for a couple of days and found that they were not comfortable at all. They promised you could return if not satisfied or better yet, that they would refund your money and you could keep the shoes! I have sent four emails to them regarding my desire to return them and received no reply similar to another customer that has had the exact same experience. Although they don't reply to my email, I receive daily emails advertising their products. Buyer beware!!!!

Terrible customer service

I received the Hypersoft shoes on Oct 27, wore them around the house that weekend, and found them to be very uncomfortable and unsupportive. The following week began my efforts to return the shoes. I have so far sent 7 emails to both MyNuve and Hypersoft customer support. Today will be the 8th. I have NOT RECEIVED ONE REPLY. Today is the end of the 14 day return period. Am I going to hear from them tomorrow? Or NEVER?? I'm afraid I just threw $79 out the window. I don't recommend buying anything from this company.

Horrible customer service.

I ordered hypersoft shoes from mynuve. The shoes did eventually arrive but are too big. I havev tried emailing and live chatting trying to exchange these shoes. Even though the have emailed me multiple times they now have no orders associated with my e mail phone number or order number.

I have contacted support at mynuve.com TWICE to initiate a return (order #1945138). I have not gotten a response and it will soon be past their posted return period. The cozi slides are too big and very uncomfortable, definitely not worth $29.99. In reading other posts here I fear I have been scammed! I want a refund now!

Terrible experience!

I ordered the orange cozi slides in June 2022, did not receive them until September. I decided not to keep them and returned them however they were rejected for no reason (apparently they are being sent back to me).

Also my money was not refunded to
my bank. This is such a scam company; I will not buy again.
