If not a scam then close to it

Terrible company. Ordered weeks before Christmas and item still hasn't arrived (we're now in January).

Add to that no response either chat agent or email and I've been forced to seek a refund via the card company.

Strongly advise not using these charlatans.

This is a horrible and unethical…

This is a horrible and unethical company! I ordered the hypersoft sneakers, they took a month to come. I tried them on, like any department store sale you try the shoes on, but they hurt my feet. I returned them in the original package, and paid for the return, after not hearing from them again for a month they told me the shoes were worn and I would not get a refund! They now won't respond back to me or give me a phone number to call. I'm sewing for this company!
They are rip-offs!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I cannot afford to lose my money!
I'm so upset.
They don't get any stars, this app forced me to even put a star to post!
This app is bs as well.

We understand that it took quite a while for your Hypersoft Sneakers to arrive, only to find out that they did not fit you well and they hurt your feet - and when you returned the product back to us, you were informed that you will not be receiving a refund because the product that you returned was already worn. We are sorry to hear that.

Indeed, as indicated on our return policy, the returned items "must be in the original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with all labels and tags attached." This is determined by our warehouse specialists who examine the returned items once they arrive at the warehouse.

However, customer satisfaction is important to us - which is why, in instances where the customer determines that their product is already used, worn, or no longer have their tags and original packaging, and is therefore ineligible for full refund when returned, we always have other options such as free exchanges and partial refunds.

We hope you have already gotten ahold of one of our Customer Support agents and received the assistance you needed. However, if that's not the case, please write me an email at christine@mynuve.com and I will help come up with a satisfactory solution for your concern myself.

I have been waiting 2 weeks for my order. Every time I check, it doesn’t I seem to be any closer to being delivered. I have emailed the company several times and they never reply. I will never order from this company again.

MyNuve finally took care of my problem.

It took calling my CC Bank and disputing a charge as shoes sent were too big, and no response from customer service after many tries.
They responded then and sent the correct size and shipped them at no cost to us. Thank you MyNuve! Love the shoes!!!

No stars!!! I ordered Hypersoft sneakers in early November. They never came. I got one email response that the order was being “processed” in the warehouse but due to “overwhelming response” they were backed up on orders. Subsequent emails have gone unanswered.

Should be "0" Stars! Like SO MANY OTHERS, I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. I can't believe I didn't! The Baer Skin Hoodies are a real thing - this company just doesn't really send them to people!! They are REALLY EFFECTIVE in MAKING IT LOOK REAL. In fact, they send confirmation emails AND discounts on other products (with continued emails on those). They even asked me to rate their customer service email (which seemed to be legit, until I looked up the USPS tracking number and it was "unavailable at this time" (like this company - "TrueSwat").

They clearly just string people along and DON'T DELIVER!!! Such a drag around Christmas!

They are scammers. Purchased hypersoft sneakers. Wanted to cancel & was told I couldn’t. Finally received & too big. Was told I would have to pay for return shipping which I did $13. They told me to send tracking # after not hearing from them. Sent them the info. Was told I was getting refund in a few days. It’s been 2 weeks. Having my bank investigate

We understand that you initially tried cancelling your order, but your request was not approved - then, when you finally received the product, you found that they were too big for you. Additionally, you were not pleased that you had to pay for the return cost yourself.

Regarding our cancellation policy, as a general rule, indeed, once the product has been processed or shipped, we are no longer able to cancel it. However, we always tell the customers that should they prefer an exchange or refund, we can still fulfill these requests once they finally receive their order.

As for why you had to pay for the cost of returning the product, this is because we are only a small company. Most companies transfer the cost of both the initial and return shipping to the customer.

However, in our case, since we already offer free worldwide shipping, unfortunately, we would not be able to afford the cost of return ourselves. We also offer other options such as free exchanges and partial refunds, should a customer not want to go through the hassle of returning their product back to us.

Lastly, you were asked to provide your return tracking number so we can easily look your order up in our system and process your refund faster. Normally, our warehouse specialists follow the order in which items are returned, which is why returned items take a while to be refunded.

We understand that as of writing here, you have yet to receive your refund. We are sorry to hear that. Hopefully, you have already received it by now - but if you still haven't, please contact me directly at christine@mynuve.com, and I will happily assist you with the refund myself.

Bought the Lacy Lite bras

Bought the Lacy Lite bras. Bras are beautiful but didn't fit. Had a hard time finding out how to do a return. Return instructions said to email company within 14 days after receipt of order. Did that by day 5. Three weeks now and haven't heard back. Very disappointed, would give zero stars if I could. After I wrote this I quickly heard back from mynuve. Was able to get the return address and am waiting for confirmation. Will update again.

I wish I had checked these reviews before order a baerskin hoodie! I never would have ordered. Same as most on here, they took my money and crickets since. They have not responded to my emails. Next email I send after writing this will be to the AG office along with screenshots. Probably won't do any good but I'm sick of being scammed.

Terrible Customer Service

I don't even want to give them one star. I like others wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. I received my items and they're too big and need to return. I've emailed and emailed with no response. I've messaged on Facebook and no response. I will be disputing the charge today with my bank and will report them to the BBB. I am changing my review

I wrote a couple of days ago, saying l don't normal wrote on these sites. And saying l have received the items or heard back from email.
Well yesterday l received the items l had ordered. I am very pleased with the items received. Thank you.

I ordered the Baerskin jacket

I ordered the Baerskin jacket, very cool looking, on October 17. I contacted them three times on October 24/27/29 concerning status of delivery, finally they respond on October 29 with lovely assurances about checking on the delivery, but nothing really actionable. I contacted them again November 25 as the product was still not delivered. They then contact me on the 28th indicating everything looks like it should be delivered. I respond the next day saying too long is too long. They then reply the next day that the shipment is lost and they will replace the order (I’d sure like that experience again - NOT!) and on top of that they will give me a 15% discount if I spend $50 more with them….the nerve! I have continued to ask for a refund (today is Dec 3), such a disappointment.

I have subsequently been granted a refund. DONE

I have 4 jackets to return and can not get the form to return in the 14 day period. Notified bank of no customer on trying to return the items. Keep all your emails as evidence for the credit card company.

Think twice

Think twice before dealing with this company. Multiple emails to try and find out when product purchased will be delivered but just get reply saying very busy and will get back within 48 hours but never happens.
